This was a very practical stay. Right across the street from the mall. Right next to super heavy traffic, but it's decent for one night stay, having the need to arrive to the airport at 5am.

Not make the room everyday, fire exit stare fill with junk cannot go thru that exit if need. Too small elevator, no reception at the front desk

I would have given a great review, but the beds are not comfortable at all. Feels like sleeping on the floor. We could barely sleep during our stay ,also due to the location next to noisy traffic, and single glazing for windows did not help :( Brekfest is not great. You are probably better off eating somewhere else.

The airport shuttle could be each 1/2 hour instead each hour. The driver is there available and the airport is so efficient that there is not need to be so early. The staff could provide that information as well.

The room we booked was supposed to have a kitchenette, but there was only a kettle and two coffee cups under the tv in the lounge. The lounge chairs were comfortable but quite dirty being fabric. The bed was equivalent to sleeping on a concrete floor, which is fine if that's your thing. When you shower, the bathroom floods because the drain can't keep up and the basin faucet is completely loose, so you you need two hands to turn it on and off.

The room was large with windows that open and 2 balconies. Massive bath tub as well as a separate ahower. Good location especially if you like watching planes. Free parking and complimentary water. Very close to Kad Manee markets. Free airport shuttle.

Second time I stayed in this hotel and second time I arrived early. They managed to still check me in, at an early time, which I really appreciated. Obviously it's not a 5* hotel, but I think this hotel is good value for your money. It's clean and in a good location. + the staff are friendly.

NO clothes hangers in the wardrobe! (We brought our own and signed it with our names to avoid any discussion). The cleaning staff should have a to-do-list. Once no 2 water bottles, on other occasions no face towels, missing 1 carpet for the bathroom, not always 4 liquid soap in bottles, no new coasters for the glasses ( once I asked for 2 new coasters and received one. So we used our kitchen rolls). Bathroom cleaning ok. By the way: I don't complain for every little item. I simply expect that the necessary items are at their places and the necessary work is done. WiFi sometimes a little slow. Digital TV transmission during storm malfunctioning or 'black screen'.

Mrs Alice at the counter is very helpful and attentive always with a smile. Mrs Bee at the entrance of the breakfast room greets you every morning with a smile and does always have the time for a little small talk. Many thanks. Room cleaning good. Breakfast ok. Location of the Airport Greenery Hotel for shopping and transport to the city good (can walk to the old city walls in 20 minutes or use YELLOW car for actual 20 Baht/person).

The room smells of cigarette even though we've requested a non-smoking room. It didn't concern me much but for those who don't like the smell should be aware.

Very close to the airport. You can even walk if you don't have too much baggage. The staff are all nice and helpful.
