Absolutely everything was perfect. We didn’t expect it to be as good as the pictures but it was possibly even better than the pictures. Great location in terms of the city and the beach. Everything was well maintained and all of the staff were very attentive and helpful. Everything essential is in walking distance, I would recommend the scooters from the host to get about. People of Koh Lanta couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you very much Ray and team

The bathrooms are Asian style: shower with toilet so everything get wet after a shower. It can be a bit smelly too, due to humidity. Cleaning is provided every 2 days. We had not very clean bedsheets the first night and Ray agreed to change it the day after. Not necessarily related to the flat but right now (august), it’s low season so many things were closed… you don’t have a lot to do, except enjoying the pool. A car is also needed, no grab around…

We stayed in a flat (1st floor) sea view. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Which was very nice and convenient for 2 couples and 1 baby. The flat is quite big, you have space. Communication was easy through WhatsApp. Ray was very responsive, we managed to book same day a car for our stay.

The property was really nice, the pool was cleaned every morning and was definitely my kids favorite part. The beach access was also great. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned every other day and stocked with bottled water.

Quiet location on beach with shops 1 minute away for essentials ,big supermarket around 5-10 mins taxi away.Great communication with host ,Ray the manager was always available and most helpful with all queries(one being my son left his air pod in our hotel in Phuket ,Ray ctc property and arranged for us to pick it up on our return there)Some amazing restaurants overlooking sea (Diamond Cliff amazing )within 2 min ride away.Lanta Miami 1 minute walk away for breakfast /dinner. I went with children who were a 18 & 19 & safe for them to go out alone .

Only complaint would be it’s a bit far away from all the action. We didn’t rent scooters because we didn’t feel like we could handle it, so we had to get a taxi everywhere. Luckily, one of the few stores nearby was a taxi shop.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was like a sanctuary away from the rest of the island. I would stay here again for sure. Private pool, great facilities, places to sit inside and outside, and great staff that came to clean the pool and facilities daily. Nice, clean beach in front of villa.

We had an amazing stay at Thai Island Dream Estate! The villa is very spacious and clean, making it perfect for families with kids. There’s plenty of outdoor space for children to play, and the private pool was a huge hit – our kids didn’t want to get out! The location is also excellent – just a 2-minute bike ride to 7-Eleven and other local supermarkets, which made quick grocery runs super convenient. The beach is nearby too, and there are many family-friendly restaurants in the area.

Location lovely and peaceful, good bars and restaurants nearby. Our host Ray was absolutely fantastic she made us feel so welcome when we arrived and during our stay. She was very helpful when booking us a transfer to the airport, gave us fresh bananas daily and even brought us cakes! The apartments are very big, the pictures don’t do it justice. The beach is right outside your door and as it was low season we had the beach to ourselves most days. Excellent stay I would personally give ray 11/10.

Our villa was in pretty good condition although a little run down in places. Other friends and family stayed in the apartments which are in need of an update - they are looking pretty tired e.g worn and chipped floor tiles, peeling paint. There was quite a bit of rubbish along the beach each day, which was a shame to see but not the fault of the accommodation - there was lots of litter all over Koh Lanta, unfortunately.

The villa was fantastic. The pool was awesome. Nothing better than sipping a cocktail in the pool while watching the waves crash on the beach directly in front. Separate pods for the bedrooms were ideal for privacy. The beachfront location was close to restaurants, bars, massages etc. Our contact, Ray, was very responsive with all of our requests. She even organised a birthday cake for one of our party and some delicious banana muffins.

Where to start? Our visit to Thai Island Dream Estate was a solid 10 out of 10. The location, courtesy of the staff, the host’s communication and we-will-fix-it attitude all amounted to what felt like a luxurious and dream-like vacation. First: The pictures on booking sites doesn’t do this place justice. Perhaps this is a good thing, else it would be even harder to find vacant slots I guess ;) We were 6 people traveling for 12 days - staying on beautiful Klong Nin beach for the entire stay. We stayed in Villa 4 (the villas are numbered 1-4 from North to South). There are 3 double bedrooms located after one other, with one facing the beach. The other beach-facing room is a generous open plan kitchen/living room. The pool is appr 8 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, its depth ranging from appr 60cm to 160cm with an infinity edge towards the beach and night time lights. There’s also a covered seating area with 6 chairs, this can also be lit in the evenings. The rooms and outdoor areas were cleaned every second day, the pool every day. The villa literally sits on the beach. Between the pool and the sand is your own garden. There is a fresh water shower in the garden so you can rinse off after sea and sand. As a villa resident you are free to use the hotel pool too. There is also 4 massage beds on the hotel premises facing the beach - here you can either book a treatment from Ray, the hotel manager, or you can stop by when they’re there and book directly. Klong Nin top tips: Mr. Love bar for cocktails, South & Sea for food :) In summary: Thai Island Dream Estate is a true gem, located on a tremendous beach, staffed by friendly people and surrounded by a variety of services, all making your stay unforgettable! A BIG thank you to Ray and her wonderful staff! You made our stay!

Pictures do not do it justice Good location at the quiet end of the beach but with plenty of of bars and restaurants to walk to Ray and her team were all lovely people and very helpful at meeting any requests and organising outings (even at short notice) Massage ladies on the beach - amazing Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

The bathrooms are not great - taps have seen better times and are not exactly clean. One bathroom didn’t have a proper shower area - just a shower head directly over the toilet. Outside there is a jacuzzi, which haven’t been cleaned forever (not that you need it but still) I had some doubts about pool’s cleanness - all the filters were blocked

We had a wonderful stay at Thailand Island Dream Estate, Ray the manager is so helpful and was available to help with any questions or needs including laundry service which was so quick and reasonable. We stayed in a family apartment, 2 big bedrooms, lounge, TV and kitchen with an outdoor porch facing the pool. It was perfect for us! The beach was a literal stones throw from our door and you can hear the waves crashing into the shore at night which was so lovely! We did a couple of trips to local beaches and there is a taxi company and small convenience store across the road. There are many beach restaurants all the way along the stretch, we particularly liked Miami and the pizza restaurant next door. Everyone is so friendly. We would 100% recommend Thai Island if you are visiting Koh Lanta, it is the perfect laid back beach paradise!
