United StatesAt the time of this review (Aug 2025) there is construction happening on the lot next door. I was told they’re building a new port. Although the noises did not bother us much, there were times when it got a bit loud.
Stunning decor, beach, and view. The villas were so beautiful and brand new. Hospitality was exceptional. Staff goes out of their way to make us feel like royalty.

This hotel is just amazing! Staff is great, accomodation is really cool, nice spacious rooms and the pool in front of the villa is out of this world. I stayed here with two friends and we would definitely recommend this place.

United KingdomThe private beach may be not the best place for snorkelling. But there are plenty of other nearby beaches and one can take a snorkelling trip.
The breakfast was good but they may bring more variety on a day by day basis. Location is amazing for viewing sunset and relaxing. Staff is very cordial. They arrange pickup and drop service for the first and last day - very helpful.

Ok, this is the best hotel I've been to in Thailand, quiet and calm, a staff that loves and takes care of everything, they'll help you choose attractions that suit you, and you'll get excellent recommendations, I've never seen anything like this. Every guest who leaves is greeted with hugs as if a family member has left, and so do the customers. The location is dreamy and the view is amazing. There are SUPs, kayaks, snorkels, games for children and inflatables for free. I will conclude and say there is nothing to hesitate, treat yourself to a wonderful vacation in a perfect place.

SpainOur stay at this hotel was simply perfect. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed by an incredibly friendly and attentive team. The rooms are spectacular, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the comforts for a dream getaway. The sunsets from the beach are absolutely magical, an experience that will stay with us forever. On top of that, the food at the restaurant is outstanding, with each dish better than the last. BelgiumSuch beautiful and luxurious bungalows. The room, the balcony and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. The personal is extremely helpful and even offered to book and organize our entire transport for the next place we were heading. We felt so well cared for and very comfortable. The only "negative" is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the bungalow but that is just everywhere on the island probably.

United Stateslandscape and facilities looked unfinished. trash in the landscape outside of my balcony. broken metal and debris in the ocean in front of the beach, dangerous for swimming. boring bland breakfast. room decor is very basic. My room key card failed to work on 4 different occasions, once at 10pm. the hotel's whatsapp help line failed to pick up at that time as well. a maintenance staff helped me.
staff was friendly. location is great for sunset and convenient for island tours.

United KingdomThe Balcony area facing down to the reception and it was so in your face. There was zero privacy also, it wasn't as described as FULL SEA VIEW because there was a lot of trees branches and most of all the villa we've stayed was more overlooking the reception/restaurant area with some partial seaview only. The complimentary free Taxi service provided by the hotel was given between 5:30pm-6:30pm as we were told by the hotel members. (Name not to mentioned) However, we have noticed that some of the western foreign guests who could benefit this service at any given time and as and when, when we asked the hotel manager why that was the case, she said they were checking out. It was untrue and we were lied eye to eye in person, as these guest wasn't checking out, they were using this taxi service to take them down to The Walking Street and clearly there were no luggages that was carried onto their taxi ride. (We are more anxious to mention this point, not being petty as we have been using a paid taxi service all along, but more angry by the fact that we were lied to eye to eye.) Some hotel staffs were very hardworking, but only some. However, the housekeeping teams (the ladies especially) were very unprofessional. Not everything were replaced on daily basis as per request. Floor was not swept on daily basis plus the beddings were not changed and we had stayed for 7 days 6 nights. As I said the hotel is only nice because it is still new and modern, but I wouldn't not stay there again if I ever return back to Ko Lipe. It was far to reach to The Walking Street, approximately 15 mins down the slope and another 20 mins back up the slope in the dark if you return late. Not sure if it is unsafe if you are traveling solo.
This resort was newly opened so everything inside the room was still very new and modern. The Balcony area was nice
