The staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived until the day we left. Nothing was ever to much to ask. A lot of thought went into the preparation of our rooms. They looked at the kids' ages and tailored the beds, etc, to suit. The replenishment of bread and drinks in the fridge were an added bonus. We will definitely be visiting again. I couldn't recommend enough!

From start to finish, me and my wife had such an amazing experience and stay at Villa Tantawan. The staff, the service, the room.. absolutely everything amazed us. The buggy service and shuttle bus made getting around really easy - and the in house breakfasts were phenomenal. If we were to return to Phuket, the only accommodation we would be staying at - is the villas here! Highly recommended 👍🏽

Everything. The pool is a really good size and the pool area itself is lovely and spacious. We have stayed here three times and it is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay As the villas are up a hill, you have a lovely view of Kamala, the hills and the ocean. The villa itself is spotlessly clean, very spacious and everything that you need for a stay. The bed is large and very comfortable and the jacuzzi bath is huge!! A special mention must go to the staff. They are very friendly, very helpful and they provide exceptional service. The complimentary shuttle bus is excellent and provides the way to get to the beach and a supermarket and runs most of the day. A truly exceptional place to stay and look forward to staying there again.

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. They have this amazing app that you use whenever you need anything and the staff were always very quick to respond. The villa itself was amazing with everything you need already there. They offered an amazing free shuttle service to the beach every hour as well as to the supermarket. I felt like everything was very accessible even if I didn't have my own transportation.

The Villas were gorgeous. Situated slightly out of town and up a hill but we had a car so was not a problem. They offer a shuttle bus which would be helpful! The room sizes were huge and the pool was just lovely! Staff very friendly and you can order food to be delivered.

Nothing- it was so nice that we actually cancelled an accommodation we had for the following days in another part of the island, and booked a second booking there. We had a very warm welcome from the personnel when we returned ❤️

- the privacy and calmness of the place - very polite and kind personnel, warm and eager to help whenever needed, going above the beyond for their customers - the private pool was absolutely amazing - the place was spotless clean and cleaning was provided every day - the shuttle bus available every day to/from Kamala beach - their app - really useful to order food from the restaurant and other services, to communicate with front office available 24h - the floating breakfast- unique experience, would totally recommend - the mosquito repellent and anti insect spiral provided free of charge - the jacuzzi was also very nice - drinking water provided for free every day

Nothing i didn't like but a couple of suggestions A handrail on the steps of the pool would be helpful as tiles slippy There are 4 set breakfasts i would have liked yogurt and fruit and poached eggs for example but they were on different sets. an A La Carte breakfast menu would give more choice Also as breakfast delivered to your villa it would be better if transported in insulated boxes to keep hot food hot

Absolutely fabulous villa pool excellent staff great. The location is up a steep incline so not good if you want to walk everywhere. However Noygolf buggies to get you to reception and free shuttle bus every hour to supermarket and beach. A great place to relax. Plenty bars and restaurants at Kamala Beach busy but not like Patong

I really have nothing negative or anything I didn’t like. The location wasn’t ideal to walk places but that was not a dealbreaker. Their shuttle will take you into town or calling a grab is very cheap

Everything about the property was amazing. Everything was exactly like the pictures but somehow better! The private pool was by far the highlight! Plus a big thing for me was clean fresh towels/sheets/etc delivered every morning.. without even asking! Also all the staff were so kind and attentive. They always replied quickly and went above and beyond to make my birthday special.

Just be aware if you are walking home, there is a HUGE hill to walk up! But they offer excellent shuttle service at the top of the hour up and down. Only minor note is that it's hard to tell what kind of living room set up your exact villa will have. We had a 2 person dining table and a small sofa, despite the space being large enough for a very comfy couch, for relaxing elsewhere from the bed or the outside furniture.

Absolutely recommend this property. The staff was wonderfully attentive from the first moment to the last. A surprising array of comforts can be delivered on demand to the villas, and they are great at giving you advice to get out and about explore. The views of the ocean are amazing, the infinity pool is ideal, and the outdoor seating made it super easy to avoid or get soaked by the sun. Great jacuzzi tub and bathroom overall.

The breakfast/room service was decent, but the food could be improved to really give that luxury experience. It would be good if the villa offered its own laundry service, rather than having to use a laundrette down in the town.

We were very impressed with our large, wonderful villa. The private pool was a great size and had fantastic views over the mountains and ocean. Outside of the villa, there were various seats we could choose to comfortably enjoy the views. The villa was quiet and we could enjoy hearing the morning song of the birds. The bed was very comfortable and the gigantic hot-tub was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, responding quickly whenever we had a question (either by their App or by WhatsApp). The shuttle bus runs hourly and stops at the Big C Market and the beachfront - very helpfully, the staff were happy to drop us directly at restaurants we wanted to visit en route to these 2 stops.

There is always a negative but really nothing that would put us off staying again (which is really the most important question). Negatives if I was pushed to mention any would be that the Villas are at the top of a seriously steep hill. Also, while the resort doesn’t have some facilities you might expect for a 5 star (laundry, restaurant), it really didn’t matter as the staff were happy to drive us to a local laundry (all done for us) and to the nearby Kamala bay where we ate most nights. Complimentary shuttle service on a very regular basis both away and back to the Villa was fantastic, especially as my partner was still recovering from a leg injury.

The Villa we stayed at was relaxing , well set out, very clean, lovely pool and deck area. It is away from the noise of Kamala but not too far away from the beach. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the shuttle service was much appreciated. Nothing seemed to much trouble.

There was frog every night come in front of our door and i scared I couldn’t enter my villa but the stuff comes directly to catch the frog 😂 and reptiles and insects
