Location was good for getting to bus station. The owner charge 100 baht to take us to walking market and 100 to the bus station, which was good value. The staff were lovely and the facilities in the room were all that we needed. Thanks you to family and staff.

There is no elevator to the higher floors. We had our tour package picking us up from the hotel at 7.50 am and the breakfast was not ready by that time. But they compensated us towards the evening meal. In the booking it was promised a mountain view but we got one overlooking some private villas.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff was also helpful to take our baggage to the room.

-The hotel did not respond to messages. I requested that we book a shuttle from the bus terminal as advertised on the property description. I had not heard back the next day so sent a couple more messages to confirm the time but heard nothing. As I am travelling I do not have internet on my phone so assumed this had been taken care of by the hotel. When I was an hour away, I messaged to let the property know (I managed to connect to wifi at a stopping point). When arriving in Krabi, I waited for the shuttle bus but one did not turn up despite waiting a while. It was then difficult to sort a ride to the hotel (there were plenty of motorbike taxis but with a number of bags this was not doable). -The balcony door in the room did not shut properly leaving a gap so mosquitos and bugs could fly in. I told the gentlemen at the reception desk who said he would sort this. When arriving back after venturing out, this had not been fixed. -It is a 25 minute drive into the main town area.

-Quick check in -Staff were helpful when checking out as the lovely lady who works there rang the mini bus company we were waiting for as it did not collect us -Grab delivered for food!

The beds were hard and would have liked a second pillow. The location is far from krabi town and very difficult to get transportation back to hotel from krabi town. Would not stay again due to the location

There was no lift and no person to carry our luggage, we had to carry our luggage to 2nd floor. Also room has mould on the ceiling and wall paint was falling down Bathroom has hole on the ceiling, no idea why it was left like that

WI-FI did not work. The password wouldn’t sign us into the WIFI on our floor and so we were told to use the lobby WIFI which didn’t reach us at all.

Clean large rooms, hot water in shower, comfortable large bed, good use of fridge and kettle.

Next to a main road, not really isolated, could hear traffic throughout the night. Breakfast could be more simple instead of 'american' breakfast style, which it was not, making it more disappointing.

Close to the bus station, ideal for a 1 night stop. Room was spaceous, bed a little bit hard though. Easy to get to the centre within a few mins with a taxi.

We stayed for one night due to the hotel being close to the bus station. The staff helped us with scooter, taxi, and bus schedules. Nice big bed. Water kettle. Balcony. Clean room. Thank you

If anything, the only thing was that it was slightly a little way out of town. That didn't matter too much to us because we love to walk. Saw lots more of Krabi.

Thr staff were fab and the breakfast in the morning was amazing.

nothing but if being picky was further away from Krabi centre than we realised although it’s possible to rent mopeds so fairly simple to ride in
