Sometimes the resort next door had its house music blaring, drowning out other, more enjoyable music that Synergy was playing.

The location was great; far enough away from the main part of town to be a bit quieter, but close enough to walk around town. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our time here immensely.

The place is built like a maze, there is no view from the rooms, the showers are a bit outdated and we had noise from other rooms. The place is at the edge of the center of the strip - for better or worse, requires a bit of walking

I think the photos online are misleading. I paid a lot to be in a beach front villa and ended up being a small room across a boardwalk and some trees before the beach. It is in need of a new bar area and a new spa experience

The hotel was lovely and staff friendly. Rooms were clean and as a solo traveller I felt safe and secure. Most of the amenities were also good.

The beach is perfect but jetski are terrible. Next to resort there is rental service and is very dangerous as they driving to close to the beach. Music from next resort Seen is to loud during the day. Take some mosquito repellent:)

We had 2 cosy villas realy close to pool and beach. Location is very good. You have planty markets and stores right next to resort. Staff is very friendly. We liked coffee and free water in villa. Breakfast is very good. Coffee is good. The gym is very nice.

We had an adjoining room, and while the stay was pleasant overall, the sound from the neighboring room was quite noticeable and disruptive. If we were to stay again we would definitely pay more for a standalone room. The bass from the beach club also added to the noise, which was also quite loud especially when trying to sleep.

Great pools, variety of loungers on the beach. Breakfast was also nice with a good variety of restaurants around. The view was stunning as well.

Adjoining rooms so had to move as you could hear everything from an alarm clock going off in the morning to a full on conversation at 2 in the morning when been asleep for several hours

While the service is generally good, it can be a bit slow, which is typical in Thailand where no one seems to be in a hurry. 😊

This is a very cosy resort made up of independent villas, offering full privacy and comfort. The beach is excellent—clean and well-maintained. Since there are only a few guests at the hotel relative to the number of villas, it never feels overcrowded. There are always plenty of available sunbeds. The resort features two swimming pools. The breakfast is reach and tasty. Villa is spacy, the bed is nice and comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. We had a very positive experience overall and highly recommend it.

Would have liked More choice for breakfast A panel of the French Doors when opened it onto the patio the whole door fell out of the frame taking me with it - I tore ligaments in my little, I was taken to hospital for an cray. The door hinges that were faulty were replaced immediately

Pool was not cleaned for an entire week

The hotel is great, location is fantastic.. However, the Villa Connect is falsely advertised. This is not really a villa on its own.. it's a semi detached villa, with a shared door to another villa. Nowhere in the room description you find this information apart from " interchangeable rooms available" but that is not the case, since they all are the same.

Location is just a little to far from the town and everything is closed around it late at night it looks a bit of ghost town, but once they reopen the shopping centre across the road that they're currently refurbishing it should breath a bit of life into the area.
