The hotel is located on the hill. Expect many stairs to climb during the day (i.e. from the main building to your hotel room. Not all buildings are equipped with elevators.

The pool is very nice with nice views and lot of activities for kids around. The room is equipped very well with lot of handy things. The location next to the one of the best beaches in Phuket is a great advantage

The room being at the very top of complex when hotel half full, didn’t make sense. Inconvenient to be at top regardless of buggy service. To go out or to the pool it’s a mission. Bacon at breakfast kept and need to keep asking as you get 2small pc a serving so when you get for a family of 4/5, you feel like embarrassing keep asking, then the staff sometimes look like you shouldn’t as too much taking. Development next door so alot of dust

It can be a long walk to the front of the hotel from your room if your room is up on the hill.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and it is our go to hotel in Nai Harn, great location near to the beach, cafes and restaurants and local temples, the facilities are great and clean the pool is very nice and the restaurant breakfast is good.

I loved everything! My mom found climbing the stairs a bit hard but welcomed the exercise!

We, two families with a grandmother and four kids, loved the Sunsuri hotel! The breakfast was delicious with various options that changed often. Some of our favorite parts were the aerobic class at 11am daily and water volleyball games led by the amazing staff! Keay, who was managing the sport sessions, was super friendly, kind, and welcoming! The location is great: close to the beautiful beach with fun waves, restaurants, and nice grocery stores nearby. The beach was excellent - we were swimming every day even though it was supposed to be the monsoon season.Favorite restaurant - VERANDA NAIHARN (The Russian Thai Restaurant).Favorite activity in the hotel - aerobic and volleyball with Keay and other staff!Bikes are provided which is very convenient for exploring the area around the hotel. Everybody was very kind, friendly, and highly professional!The kids took a cooking class which was also super fun and very well organized!We highly recommend Sunsuri!

Had not realised how many steps there were when we booked. There are complimentary bus/buggies to take you to and from rooms 24 hours a day though. A complimentary bus into Rawaii and the bars/restaurants would have been useful and not many bars/ restaurants close to hotel. If you use grab app you can get taxi for 202 baht each way but it does add up over a two week stay

Air conditioner was very loud. The rest of everything was very good.

The hotel is about 800 meters away from Nai Harn beach. It has a very beautiful territory, but you should be prepared for some climbing as it is situated on a hill. There are several shuttles which you can use to get from lobby to your room. Also you can use them to go to the beach according to schedule. I loved the swimming pool as it has water slide, which is pretty good for children and adults, and diving tower with a deep pool underneath. Our room was very big and had both a shower and a bath. Interior is not very new but in good condition. There is pretty wide choice of food at the breakfast.

Everything about this hotel is amazing, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast lovely, 5 mins walk to the beach. There are ALOT of stairs but there is a lift for part of the way, and they will come and get you or drop off at your room if you ask.

We had an excellent stay, the enthusiastic and excessive whistling for each point in a casual pool volleyball session would probably be the only gripe 🫢

Problems were dealt with extremely swiftly. The weekly night market was a fun difference. Facilities were very nice.
