Everything location the size of the room the service the staff six minutes to the beach room service every day I cannot find anything I can complain about . And the reception staff(okkar ) is very nice and friendly He made my holiday the best help me with any thing I needed told me where to go the company very lucky to have a person like him if you stay here again you know what I mean

There is a very good mattress. Cleaning was everyday. And the perfect location: 7 min to the beach and opposite of hotel was 7-eleven.

Facilities can be increased but it's overall value for money.

Location and value for money hotel plus service apartment. Rooms were cozy and divided into two halves for the kitchen and bedroom. Overall a good stay. Take the right from the hotel and walk for 700m you have a full night market available. Then the beach is also a few metres walking. The smart city bus to the airport also passes from nearby.

I recently stayed at Sunset Mansion, and I must say it was definitely worth the money spent. The room had an apartment-style layout with a separate bedroom and kitchen, which allowed me to cook my own meals. There was also a dining table, making it convenient to enjoy meals comfortably. The hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options. I was particularly impressed with the coffee; it was exceptional. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a 7-minute walk to the beach. There are also several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient to stay here. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Wifi speed Could be a bit noisy Hot water in the shower was flaky

I had a lovely stay at Sunset Mansion. First and foremost, it's a great value for money in the area. It's spacious, basically a 1-bedroom apartment (a bedroom + kitchen and dining area in another room). It's not a modern design, but very cosy. The kitchen had some basic cooking utensils and a stovetop. Reception is 24/7, so it's easy to check in if you arrive late. The receptionist guy was very welcoming and helpful, always smiling and he made my stay :) Some things to consider: 1. There is no lift 2. Wifi was slow, but I had mobile data, so it was not a huge problem for me.

This shouldn't be called a hotel. It's an old private property, there's no elevator, and the stench is everywhere

The electricity issue, which was room specific to us. As mentioned, staff was quick to help. Toilet and shower a bit close, but was not unexpected

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had electricity issues but staff was helpful getting engineers to fix Comfy beds and great location Bonus was that Sunset Mansion can use pool facility of parent resort.

Hotel dirty place

The hotel was no like what was on the website photos looked good but when I got here it was totally different very bad no restaurant open the only people was one male at reception hardly no english very hard to understand ? no flowers around reception or in room ? No tropical feel to the place as on web site and one female cleaner she was very bad at cleaning the room dirty floor windows dirty dushy room kitchen not good one pot and one pan ....stove too ring old and kitchen sink no hot water only cold water and shower head not good leaks .. paid to much your first booking was cancelled.. New booking was twice as much . So sad too say you don't do your research on this website very fasle advertising disappointing outside hotel very dirty of brick wall rubbish everywhere outside hotel wow very much unhappy about that this is the first time I news booking.com sad too say that I will not book again false advertising. How many more places like that do your research better that bad I will be in touch next week your office said half refund when I return I have photos and video's go look at that website photos the photos are not true ...........
