The WiFi was horrible, the shower was quite small but it’s not too much of an issue if you’re not there for long.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Really great people to open up to about your needs at the hotel. The views from the sea view rooms, gosh!

It is near the beach - perfect location. Great property for vacation. Friendly staff, you can rent a bike and wash your clothes.

No hot pot to make coffee or refrigerator to keep water cold, also door to balcony had about a. 1 inch gap that let all of the noise in and the cold air out.

Rooms are a little dated

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is right on the beach and you can walk out straight onto the beach. There are communal showers and toilets which we could use on the day we checked out to freshen up later in the evening when we no longer had access to our room. Great location and comfortable.

The mattress is laying on a big stone and that makes the bed really hard and uncomfortable

was a lovely location right at the far left hand side of the beach, away from most of the mobs from the backpackers, yet within walking distance of shops and restaurants. we enjoyed sitting on the verandah upstairs and in the restaurant / bar downstairs watching all the boats coming and going

Bed was uncomfy (too firm and hard) and room was very basic.

The location was incredible, right near the main port, near a 7eleven and close to cafes. Staff were extremely nice and really helpful especially the man on the reception. The view from the front was gorgeous. Good value for money.

Can't really say much as I stayed only for 2 nights.

Great location. Good for a short stay. There is a very nice beach, just a 5 min walk from the hotel with plenty of restaurants and little shops around. It's right beside the pier, which is great for someone who is on a move constantly when travelling.

The room wasn’t very big so not a lot of room to put luggage if you have loads. The shower is over the sink&toilet so everything in the bathroom gets absolutely soaked. The windows don’t close fully (they have nets to keep bugs out) but the volume from outside and the waves at night time are so loud. We slept with ear buds in every night due to the noise. The view from the balcony was like looking onto nothing but a brick wall unless you went upstairs and paid slightly more. Overall, not bad at all for the price, just notes to bear in mind.

Room was very clean, and can’t really complain for how cheap it was. Staff are super friendly and are very helpful with recommendations and helping with bike hire.

The beds are so uncomfortable we looked at booking somewhere else as we would wake up each morning with a really sore back.

My only issue is that our room window was facing the street and it can be a bit noisy on the weekend, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Good location just outside of the Songserm pier. The place is clean and has good facilities. The room was big enough with a separate room to dry up clothes. We had a problem with the water supply due to a power outage but the staff quickly fixed that up when they were informed of the issue

The rooms were a little basic. The bathroom was a small wet room with the shower spraying directly at the toilet.

The location was ideal. Right next to the pier and leading straight onto a quiet corner of sairee beach. Walking distance into town for all the restaurants and shops. The bar area at the back of the property was a perfect spot for the sunset, with good value happy hour cocktails on offer. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Maybe a little noisy with bikes up and down a small road outside.

We stayed for 5 nights, yes it’s basic but a fantastic little hotel with amazing staff. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect 5*, but it’s clean and in a good location for piers and beaches etc. It’s about 30min walk to main area but lots of bars and restaurants local to hotel. And this hotel is right on the beach - it’s has amazing sunsets.
