The host absolutely makes the stay here, so kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast portions are BIG and delicious and the location is perfect, meters away from the main section of the historical park. There are a few restaurants very close by, also a 7/11 and food stalls. Would highly recommend.

The lady that runs this place is so caring a kind and made my stay in Sukhothai very pleasant. She gave good tips, and even gave me a ride to the market as she was going as well. It had a nice little smokers nook off the side. You can rent decent bikes for 30bht a day and the breakfast prepared by the host was aroi mak! So good! I recommend having a Thai style breakfast 😎

It was a modest property, but it was also very clean and well kept

The property had a great location, the owner of the establishment was excellent. She made sure that we were comfortable gave us all the information we needed although there was a little bit of a language barrier. The translator worked well she did speak a little English and and she had instructions written in English. She was constantly cleaning and she prepared our breakfast fresh. Overall, the good value for the money.

Great place, location superb. Lovely and kind hostess. She did our laundry and folded nicely. You can also rent the house bicycle for 30THB a day. Great breakfast!

The sweetest lady runs this guesthouse. I stayed for two days and she gave me something to eat both mornings. She also gave me advice on where to go and what to see, and she has the bus schedules written up on the wall. She was ready to help in every way. As a solo traveler, kindness and care like this makes a world of difference. The room was clean, comfortable, had all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer, and socket extensions on both sides of the bed (which I've found is not common in most guesthouses and that can be quite annoying). Amazing location, the historical park is just a few minutes away.

Great location with heritage park entrance 5 mins away and local restaurant Chanda 10mins up the road. Owner very happy helpful lady. Her English not great but managed to communicate our needs which she did everything to accommodate. She rents out bikes for 30Bht a day. Breakfast just eggs and toast with fresh fruit but adequate. Free tea and coffee all day with bottle water supplied daily. Possibly the best shower so far in Thailand. Great value and great little guest house.

The sweetest lady runs the guesthouse, she was always around if we needed anything and woke us up in the mornings with a lovely home-cooked breakfast! Exceptionally kind lady. Rented us bicycles to explore the historical park. Comfy, clean room, good a/c Well located for night market and practically next door to the historical park. Great value for money!

Such a friendly, warm and engaging host who kept going the extra mile to make sure our stay was excellent. Only a short walk to the Historical park and with cycle hire available at 30 baht a day - the whole of Sukhothai is available to explore. Breakfast was extremely good and set us up for the day (fried eggs, toast, coffee/tea and fresh fruit) All the information you could wish for is available. The room was lovely. So clean and fresh with added toiletries for the shower and fresh drinking water provided daily. Really excellent stay and this was our second time at Space Ben which didn't disappoint.

A lovely and friendly lady runs this guesthouse, located almost next to Sukhothai Historical Park. Great breakfast included which you can already use starting from 6 AM. Everything was perfect here, also could rent a bicycle for 30 B/day. Perfect place to stay.

Although the street in front of the house is tiny, the traffic is pretty loud at night. Our room was facing the street though. The other rooms should be less impacted.

Excellently located next to the Ramkhamhaeng National museum and near the entrance of the central zone of the historical park. There’s a cozy night market at 5 min walk. The owner is super sweet and helpful. She speaks quite a bit of English and she also rents bicycles.

Very nice place well located in the old town of Sukhothai. The host was super nice and helpful. The breakfast is good (bread, eggs, fruits, coffee, tea). It is possible to rent scooters and bicycles. I recommend this place!

The sound barrier between each room is rather poor. I could hear people talking from the next room.

The location of the Historical park and museum was mere minutes away from the guest house. Restaurants and cafes are just one street away. The host is attentive and cheerful. The room was clean. It comes with delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

The host is the one of the nicest people we have met on our trip, she really made our stay extra nice. The location is perfect as well to cycle to all the temples or just walk to the central part of town. Would stay there again if we return to Sukhothai!
