How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Restaurant doesn't stay open very late. Closes early.
Great staff. Very friendly and can't do enough for you. Great location. Clean and very affordable. My second trip here and will be coming back in August.

I didn't stay at this hotel for the first time, but this time almost everything was disappointing. I had to ask to clean the room myself, while they, lying opposite the elevator on the stairs, were always busy with their mobile phones. I then looked at why they were lying there, on the stairs? Well, the security cameras are hiding that place. If they did clean the room, the bin was always forgotten to empty. I then decided to put it in the hallway, at my door, to avoid the smell in the room. But unfortunately I didn't see the trash can again and I had to make do with a plastic carrying bag. One day I got out of the elevator and in the hallway two of the maids were waiting for me. They stood in front of me, both put their hands together, and said, "Ronny, we want a tip, or we can't eat tonight." I replied, "When I leave, you get tips like always, but not before." A lot of protest, but I didn't give in, because I was very sorry. I was stunned, because I was still there for a week and I thought that was more than enough about it. It even went so far that the basket where the snacks offered for me were free was eaten by them. I may already stay there regularly, but courtesy and respect seem to deteriorate the longer you stay there. I was also surprised that staff called an ex-employee behind my back to report that I was staying there. Mrs. Kesorn used to work there and was informed by the former colleagues! Never again for me there!

Hotel location is within walking distance to Pattaya Beach and Shopping Malls. No problems to get a taxis by using Bolt or Grabs. Value for money.

Ah well, a room with a balcony that faced the building next door was a bit disappointing seeing as it is promoted as a plus. The shower was a bit temperamental.
The location was really quite good with the added advantage of being nice and quiet but close ( 3 minutes walking) to 2nd road with baht buses and the big C shopping centre across the road.

Bathroom is little bit smelly and the shower is not mixing the hot and cold water, I complained about it but they didn’t fix it

The inside of the lift doors has a huge sticker showing food and it is really ugly lol
General sense of safety and cleanliness compared to the terrible hotel I had fled the same night.

Pool was always in the shade. When sun moves to the north it will be ok.
Very clean. Comfy bed. Balcony. Kettle and fridge for coffee and yoghurt in a morning. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Safe parking under hotel.

Bathroom door too close to toilet. Air conditioning runs too cold so I have to turn it off and then on again.
Clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms were large. Cold air conditioning. Good location.

Perfect for budget traveler. Hotel location (Soi 2) is very convenient to venture Pattaya City e.g. walking distance to Shopping Malls (Central Marina, Terminal 21) and Pattaya Beach. Massage shops dotted along the main road (Pattaya Sai Song). Open-air Food Stalls and many Restaurants catering with variety of foods available. Guest friendly hotel.
