It is hard not to write this review without superlatives. I am a seasoned traveler and stayed in many, many accommodations throughout Asia but this is one of the best. The personal touch in this guest house makes you feel at home the moment you arrive and it stays this way till the moment you check out. Su and her staff our outstanding and go all the way to make your stay comfortable. Super clean rooms and so are the corridors and elevator. Very nice swimming pool, also meticulous clean. Highly recommended...

this is the cleanest, friendliest and well positioned hotel I have stated in during my 20 years of coming to Thailand the owners and staff cannot do enough for you. I particularly liked the fact that we had the free run of the place after 1600..the pool is loverly and clean and salt water. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to hua hin thank you all for a wonderful 2 weeks a real hone from home.

A spotlessly clean hotel in an excellent location close to the BluPort mall and shuttle-bus stop. Very friendly and helpful/informative staff. Have previously stayed in two very local hotels but this one wins hands down for price, cleanliness and location. Does not provide meal or food services but we never opt for these given the scope of eateries covering all needs and budgets within the Hua Hin area. Definitely plan to stay again next trip.

Nothing actually, maybe the only thing I don't like is quests smoking in the pool area. The pool itself is very nice.

Book your stay at Sky Villa right away! This was the best accommodation throughout my SE Asia trip. The owners, Gary and Susie, are very friendly. So is the staff at Sky Villa. This was by far the cleanest place that I stayed in all of SE Asia. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Bluport Mall is also a 5 minute walk. You are close enough to the action but just far enough away to enjoy a quiet sleep. My 2 week stay in Hua Hin turned into a 7 week stay and Sky Villa was certainly a part of that decision. The host and the staff are very friendly, always ready to help, the beach is a couple of minutes away, rooms are very pretty, spacious and equipped with all you might need. The pool area is just gorgeous. I strongly recommend the upper floors for the view of the sea and mountains.

There was nothing negative about my stay there

The location was perfect for beach, restaurants and shopping. This is the cleanest and most professional run small guesthouse I’ve ever stayed in , absolutely beautiful, pool is nicely snugged behind wall and garden. I have to mention that Sue is more than a hostess , she is a very kind , caring person, I arrived quite late evening and not feeling well, she came with me to the hospital and stayed through my X-rays and blood tests until I finally got medication , this was until very early morning .. Huge thanks to her x

Absolutely nothing. A hidden gem.

Immaculately clean, big rooms, fantastic hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff here are just amazing, friendly and just so helpful. The location is perfect close to Blue Port and a 10 minute walk from Market Village. The swimming pool is perfect after enduring the heat of the day.

There is nothing to dislike.

This place is a gem. Far enough from the main drag to be quiet and comfortable but close to Blue Port. The Sky Villa is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. It was immaculate and my room was cleaned daily. The staff were a total delight. The owners are a German/Thai couple and take a huge amount of pride in their lovely hotel and so they should. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed here for 4 weeks and I shall be staying here again when I come back to Hua Hin.

An absolute pleasure staying here. Good location. Everything is clean, modern and accomodating. Great owner, host and staff. They provide a good atmosphere, can help with lots of good info, laudry service, motorbike rental and much more. Really enjoyed a peacefull stay here, especially with the saltwater pool that has a near perfect temperature all day. Thank you.

Everything. The guesthouse was quiet & spotlessly clean & Susi & her team were so friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. The accommodation is a very short walk to Bluport, the shopping mall, where you can flag down the local Baht bus if you wanted to head either to the centre or head south as far as it goes, to “Monkey Mountain”, where there are some great fish restaurants. Bluport is also good for a bit of retail therapy or just to have a great iced cappuccino.

Excellent place to stay in Hua Hin, super friendly team always keen to help you with anything you need in the local area. My Sky Villa accommodation was kept immaculate with daily cleaning as was the lovely pool and surrounding lounge area which was available to use 24/7. Sky Villa is only 50 metres from the most modern shopping mall in HH and a short walk from the busy Soi 94 area but also far enough away to make it peaceful at night.

I cannot fault the hotel or staff in any way, they could not do enough to help and the room was kept clean and tidy every day. The room itself was excellent especially with the balcony.

FANTASTIC Hotel in a quiet location just a few hundred yards from the beautiful beach of Hua Hin! I stayed here around one month, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner and staff (Susi, Nanny & Maeow) were so helpful, welcoming and friendly.. such lovely people! I have stayed in lots of hotels as a solo traveller over the last 5 months and this is the most memorable, in a great way! 10/10! I would highly recommend if you are visiting Hua Hin 🙂

We loved everything!

What an incredible place! Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, a swimming pool, thoughtful touches all around like a safe, coffee, toiletries, outdoor space! Honestly after 6 weeks travelling this has to be our favourite! 10 mins to beach and just 5 mins to shops, bars and restaurants. However the accommodation is on a quiet side street which is lovely! Sue also organised a scooter for us to be delivered to the accommodation , we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Sue and Garry we will be back ❤️♥️

Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in Thailand, and very friendly staff/ownership. Walk to mall in 5 minutes, beach in 15 minutes. Large room with balcony. Screen door to patio to keep bugs out. Balcony has sink, table and chairs, and set up to hang clothes/towels for drying. No stray dogs in the area around hotel.

The bed was hard compared to what we are used to. The hotel added a mattress topping which helped but still woke up with a sore back. We went to Lotus and bought a topper for 379 baht which solved the problem. The other issues was the pillows were a little hard for my partner, but getting a pillow just right is a struggle

The hosts Sue and Garry clearly do all they can to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The entire facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and give warm greetings whenever you encounter them. The rooms have little extras to make your stay comfortable such as knife, cutting board, large fridge, plates, cutlery, pool towels, beach towels etc. Although we never used the pool, it was sparkling clean. The hotel was very quiet at night with good sound proofing from the outside. We stayed a total of 30 nights with two bookings. The location is perfect....close to the beach, the malls, good restaurants, and away from the busy areas.. Of all the places we have started in SE Asia this was the best and I would give a rating of 11 out of 10 if it was an option.

Even though it is not located directly on the beach, it is still within walking distance.

There are many great things about Sky Villa Hua Hin ... starting with our hosts ... very helpful and kind, and the staff were also great!! Our accommodation and the pool area was exceptionally clean and well maintained!! Sky Villa is located within easy walking distance of 2 malls (BluePort & Village Market), with lots of restaurants and entertainment also nearby. Would definitely return to Sky Villa!!
