The pool was wonderful, just what we needed for a brief stay in Bangkok to help get us back into the time zone. The kids loved it. The hotel was great, with friendly staff, easy access to the sky train and our room was excellent. We dined frequently poolside and were happy with the food (breakfast was copious).

- Seamless check in and check out process - Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staffs (from Concierge to reception and even the chefs) - Strategic location - Room was spacious, clean, smells nice and comfortable. In fact it was the bestest stay in our Bangkok trip! - Halal options for breakfast was a bonus and we enjoyed it with a spectacular view of the pool and city!

Shower had issues in all our rooms, I will say the hotel staff did everything they could to fix it including allowing us to shower on another room as they fix it, but it was not completely fixed.

The room was wonderful - spacious, well equipped and clean. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and would go out of their way to help us. The hotel's location was very walkable to markets, large malls and public transportation.

Someone should be on duty to watch the pool to stop young children throwing stones in and taking food in as lots of parents didn’t watch their kids

The pool can be noisy with many kids and the breakfast area (the outdoor part) is situated right next to it. I chose to sit indoors because it was cooler, so there is an option not to sit outside in the noise.

The hotel is amazingly situated. The staff make it even more perfect - attentive, thoughtful, smiley and kind. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. Great offerings at breakfast time too. The rooms are really soundproof and the bed is so comfortable!

The rooms and hotel are extremely comfortable. The staff are wonderful and personable. Breakfast buffet was excellent and they use farm to table and organic produce and meats! We will definitely stay there again!

We asked for an iron and got threatened to pay 1500thb if anything happened to it. We also requested to checkout at 4pm but asked to pay 7000thb.

I really like the mailing table idea in the ground floor picking up and dropping stuff.

Such excellent hotel! Value for money - clean, full amenities, great breakfast, beautiful views, luxurious furnishings, friendly and helpful service. Perfect for friends and families. Conveniently located in the quiet area of town, but only a short walk to the BTS Skytrain and Mall with groceries. Would highly recommend!
