The one area with room for improvement is the restaurant. For a hotel in this category, the breakfast buffet could be more inspiring — some of the hot dishes looked a bit tired, and the cappuccino felt more like something from an office machine than a barista coffee. Dinner was fine, but you can find tastier options for a better price just outside the hotel. The young team works hard and is very service-minded, so with a bit more senior guidance and an upgrade to the food & beverage concept, the dining experience could easily reach the same high level as the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is right in the city center, yet very quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The room was spacious with a four-poster bed, a beautiful bath, a vanity table, and a huge shower, all with a charming colonial feel. On arrival we got a welcome drink, and the room came with snacks and drinks which made us feel instantly at home. The young staff are super friendly and eager to help; with a bit more senior guidance, service could be even stronger. Overall, a lovely and welcoming stay.

Everything - service was bar raising, sharing awesome tips on where to get a massage, laundry service. Breakfast is delicious and the staff was super accommodating.

Very nice staff. All very helpfull. So sweet, they cut our passion fruits in the evening because we had no knife. The hotel is such a nice style. Pool is a bit smaller than in the photos but nice.

I didn't care much for the breakfast. Nice to have buffet choices, but it didn't taste very good. The one day we got a boxed breakfast was a let down - loads and loads of carbs. We didn't eat much of it.

Fantastic hotel with a beautifully appointed room. The bed was deliciously comfortable. There is a nice sitting area, looking out onto the pool. I didn't use the massive bathtub, but it certainly looked relaxing. The pool was nice for a cool down at the end of the day. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast had a good mix of Asian & Western options, though I would have appreciated more vegan protein options like tofu, and soy milk that wasn't mixed with cow's milk. That being said, omnivores & vegetarians will definitely be happy with the options!

This was my partner's favorite hotel during our travels in Asia. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful & the room was absolutely gorgeous! The whole hotel has a very tasteful mix of classic & modern touches. The bathroom & room were very large, and we loved having a balcony that overlooked the pool. The hotel was always incredibly clean, and we loved the facilities. The pool was small but cozy, and we loved the opportunity to order drinks from there :) The location is absolutely central and there are so many options for good food! The Sunday night market is also quite close, don't miss out on it! We hope to be back very soon!

Location was quite quiet but that was due to low season. Nothing to do with the hotel.

Good location with good restaurants within walking distance, great pool to relax at happy hours.Staff organised a tour on the river for 8 of us at a great price. Nothing was to much trouble.No complaints, little bit weird the way they presented baked beans at breakfast but I like surprises.

Great location with everything you need in walking distance. Great variety of food for breakfast. Fantastic, friendly staff. Great pool area. Comfy beds, large rooms, we had a pool view, ground floor room, steps from the pool. Would highly recommend and stay here again when in Chiang Mai.
