The staff were the best, very quiet as it is low season and few tourist around so staff busy preparing the grounds Bungalow was cute and tidy Among palm trees a nice mid size pool on site & a great restaurant next door A very nice seaview tea rooms building to be completed this month July Motorbike rental back along the road Close to the various ferry companies piers for early morning departures to PhiPhi etc

As we were cycling to Phuket airport we needed to leave at 6 30am. We were assured staff were available to check out at that time and recover our 500 baht deposit (not had to pay that anywhere else). At 6 30am no staff were around we had to phone and wait for someone to arrive and then check the room, causing us half hour delay which caused us some difficulties.

Great value clean, nice pool and outside space, good restaurant next door, a bit out if town but that's what we wanted.

Would have been nice to swim in the sea, but the nearly beach is not really suitable for swimming. Didn't detract from the stay though, as there was a great local bar & restaurant on the beach.

Very peaceful, lovely little bungalows with garden and pool. Couple of local restaurants within easy reach. Helpful staff. Phuket Old Town is a 10 minute taxi ride sway.

The property wasn’t very clean and I was disappointed they tales in the toilet were dirty too much . Also the breakfast wasn’t enough . Also they had only black coffee but for espresso said to pay . In Thailand I have changed four hotels they didn’t say to pay extra for any other coffee.

The beds were rather hard, could do with a mattress topper. Very handy for Rassada Pier but quite a way from downtown Phuket.

Spotlessly clean, everything you needed was there, nice seating area outside.

We booked 3 bungalows, each house is well equipped, the facilities are not the latest, but ok. Nearby there are 7eleven and other shops, local eateries which are perfectly reasonable. Phuket Amphoe centre is about 30 minutes by taxi (300-400 Bath), airport 1 hour. Major beaches are also about 45 mins drive away. Excursion boats to the surrounding island leave from the marina about 2 minutes away, they can assist with excursions from the accommodation. Overall, the accommodation is suitable for relaxation and as a starting point for excursions.

Room never got cleaned, shower pressure was bad. Doors had cracks so bugs and lizards would come in.

No restaurant. No bar. Too far from everything. One restaurant next door. Needed taxi or moped to seek further entertainment on what are very busy roads!

Our bungalow was very close to a loud karaoke bar and the pool water filtration machine which was noisy all night long. But everything else was really nice

The staff was excellent at helping us getting around. They helped us getting groceries and fruit and food at the local market. They also helped arrange taxi and trips. They were very helpful and nice to our children and always offered us bottles of drinking water.

Distance from city

Had a good cottage, which was almost 1200sft and Sea view and restaurant nearby,with friendly staff and they arranged for cruise, which was just the opposite side.

I left my medication there and when I called they had it and made it extremely easy to send a grab bike to pick it up and drop it to me

During the stay, there were constructions in the yard, so It was loud during the daytime. Therefore we weren't able to spend a day relaxing by the pool (one of the main reasons we chose this resort, away from the city center). The water in the shower were inaccessible at times (a few times in the morning, another time - in the afternoon). The beaches in the area are unsuitable for a swim.

The staff was very helpful, hotel rooms and premises were well-maintained and clean with some greenery in the territory.

The kitchen in the rooms had no cutlery, sponge or tea towel. Making it difficult to prepare small meals.

Quiet and comfy stay … they provided insect repellent as lots of greenery and hence likely to have them. Lovely setting with pots of lotus flowers and all amenities as listed .
