Nothing I can think of

Everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was always available and ready to help with anything.

The quality of the room and having private swimming pool was the main attraction and using a motorbike made it simple to see the island.

The breakfast was ordered day before to be brought to your villa. The choice of breakfast was restricted in choice of not having omlette avaialble and no cereal.

The private pool was exceptional and very private. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The staff were really friendly and super helpful. We were picked up from the dock by the staff. The staff arranged a car to take us around to locations. The breakfast was really pleasant and a good amount of food for a place that doesn’t have a dedicated eatery. The TV was awesome and had access to internet etc. The internet was great for an island.

The switch for the fountain and the massage jets in the pool had a 10 minute timer on them, it wasn’t long enough to properly enjoy them. The staff don’t speak English so you need a translator app, a Thai speaking partner or to speak Thai yourself. The floor was cracked and moving in places, it needs relaying. The first breakfast wasn’t asked what we wanted, we only got offered options the second day and it wasn’t incredibly varied. The furniture and plumbing needs refitting and updating, it’s chipped in places and not maintained properly. We mentioned the trip was for a honeymoon but no extras were offered or any effort to notice the event, unlike other places we have stayed.

Hotel is clean. Staff is very attentive. Hotel is located close to the main road. Lots of restaurants to choose from that is in walking distance.

location was bad you have to drive through a really run down area to get to the property overrated for the price the manager of the hotel with very little English shouldn't have the job ,because we felt like we where nuisances when asking questions ,no people skills at all ,he charged us 300 THB return to a beach ,should have been 40 THB for the journey,, also tried to rent out one of his staffs motorbikes to us that looked in really bad condition instead of a hotel bike Overall not worth the money we paid for the accommodation It felt like it was all about getting my wallet drained of cash as a tourist Pool had a problem with insects during our time there

One of the best stays I’ve had so far. They had some pretty good breakfast too.

I was charged 600ThB (!) for the laundry of 1 bedsheet stained with 2 small blood wounds (due to a little wound caused by a sharp edge of the bed). The explanation was that they had no “good” water on the property (!) and had to bring the sheet to mainland pattaya!!! The staff told me that if I not pay, he has to do it by himself or would be fired! FYI a full washing machine cost in TH 30 or 40ThB. Also they could not provide a normal chair on the terras to take a sit in the shadow (not available, only 1 non movable lying chair)

the private pool was beautiful , the whole resort is very beautiful . the room was exceptional . the staff very polite

be aware there is no staff at night , the breakfast , although it looked fantastic , was not really enough : only 5 pieces of toast ( why for 2 persons ) and no fresh coffee ..the butter had been melted before and going in the fridge again . the congé is just not my thing .
