Internet WiFi wasn’t good on the 5th floor, it kept disconnecting. The room furniture shows its age. The room was very clean, though, which I appreciated.

The room was spacious and it came with a balcony overlooking Phuket Town, the view was lovely at evening! Flip flops, bottle opener, dishes and cups were provided, as well as clean towels, Netflix access and some basic toiletries. Great value for the money! The bed was very comfortable, the check in process was fast.

They could do with moving the shower holder to a better position and one that allows different angles and also somewhere hook to hang your towel

The only problem is sound insulation, not the best so you can hear music from outside, otherwise it would be a 10/10.

I would suggest a bit deeper cleaning in the bathroom and overall. The guests next door were loud, maybe to be reminded of the night regime more.

A convenient hotel on the main road, I suggest take the rooms with the beautiful back view. Clean, big, comfortable. Great location by short 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town, safe for solo travelers.

The rooms on the side near the road got a lot of loud road noise at night.

Internet connection was okay, but could be improved. Sometimes the devices lost the connection. The air conditioner was quite loud. I used earplugs to solve that during the night. There is a soap dispenser hanging next to the shower, but no despenser next to the general tap to wash your hands, but you can buy a soap block at the 711 downstairs.

Helpful staff, easy access to the elevator. No noisy guests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Old town is about 10 minutes walking distance.

Wi-fi is not perfect, got speed problems trying to work online. The room that I booked was really nice, nothing to complain about. But after staying there for maybe 4-5 days some problem happened with the facilities (no water). I was told that the repairing will take up to 2 days and asked to move to another room. It is ok, can happen to anyone, but in such cases the guest is usually offered to move in the room with the same category or higher. Instead, I was moved to the standard room, that is worse than I booked. Sockets there work really bad, disconnects from a device all the time. In the shower there wasn’t any hot water, only cold. Besides, the room is smaller. So most time of the stay I lived in the room cheaper and worse than what I paid for.

Nice hotel, close to the Phuket town, easy to find. The room looks good, quite big. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Hotel provides free water and beverages, that is super useful. The staff is nice and helpful although their English is not perfect

The room looks much prettier on the pics. It is basic, but okay. The beaches are far away; 35 minutes with a taxi. Ugly street. Remote area.

Not enough restaurants near the location. Had to walk into the old town most of the time in order to get restaurant food. Balcony light didn't work however didn't really affect us as the lights from the room came out so we could use it.

Hotel location was good, it was about 15 minute walk from Central phuket (shopping) and 10/15 minutes into the old town. Every taxi driver i used knew the hotels name so we had no confusion telling them where we wanted dropping off. Near by are facilities such as washers/dryers and multiples shops. The tv was modern allowing me to cast my phone onto the TV. It included smart apps like Netflix and YouTube for those down time moments. The staff always said hello which was nice. Great view from our hotel balcony as well.

they cleaned everyday with new sheets and towels, provided bottled beverages and water everyday as well. good location, plenty of space. Secure building with key card elevator and door. Would stay again.
