It's good place if you need to stop for a night or two.. it's has all your basic needs met, couple of bottle of water, shower is a little low pressure.. however does the job. If your looking for a basic stay with out the luxury then this works. You do get street noise until late.. so if you need to sleep early, prepare yourself well with ear plugs.. the music does stop around midnight/ 1am i think. Hope this helps!

The street is super busy and noisy and hectic. I did not know that unless you put the sign “ clean my room” on the doorknob, it is not automatically cleaned.

Nice two star hotel with a breakfast at the cafe next to it. My room was in the back so it was quiet but the rooms facing the busy street must be noisy. The shower was really big and nice!!! The best thing is that it is right across the booth and the beach where you buy Longtailboat tickets to Raley beach etc islands. There is also a safebox in the room.

Front desk rarely staffed, so not easy to engage with them for help. Room was large and quiet, and clean, but could use some updating of furniture and fixtures.

This is right across from the beach and where you can go out on a long boat, watch a fabulous fire show, and go to many clubs and restaurants.

Just the internet speed was too slow 1mbps-2mbps which was practically unusable... just use your own sim 3g/4g data if you can (fairly typical). Heads up it is a noisy area with bars open til about 2am... didn't bother us at all.

Loved the Deluxe Double Room w Balcony (301)... a furnished terrace with sunset view of Ao Nang beach! We could relax, walk straight out to the longtail rides... everything we needed in walking distance. Very comfortable and great value.

While taking a shower, when I slightly reduced the hot water, it completely stopped, and only cold water came out. However, if I turned the hot water on fully, the water became extremely hot. I couldn’t find a balance to mix the two.

Location is PERFECT. Staff is very nice, smiling and kind. "Deluxe Grand" room was very big and looking at the main road. A/C and WIFI were both working great. 7/11, street food, restaurants, shops are all very close to the room.

I am a very beach person and the rooms had no where to hang your wet beach stuff which I forgot to take into consideration. Very noisy until about 2-3am but ask for a room facing the back and wear Aimee at plugs.

This is a great value for the price. It is right at the beach you don’t have to walk much. Rooms are spacious, bed comfortable and very reasonably priced

Was given a single sized duvet cover on the queen sized bed. Wifi wasn't working for me. Also, a lot of noise coming from near by night clubs that started around 11pm every night so difficult to go to sleep.

The location was great, right across the road from the beach. Friendly staff helped me book a ride to the airport which was cheaper than using Grab.

Loud music late into the night/morning, no fault of the hotel.

The place itself was great, good location until late at night when the clubs play very very loud music. I would advise younger people to staying at this location if you love the nightlife. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing really. Probably just the free thin tissue rolls and noises outside and the bustling road scene. They should have more variety of options for breakfast. If only they have shuttle service from airport or common stops it would be perfect (The owner was very nice to offer us a ride but it was so traffic during Thai New year, the roads were congested and it was not possible.)

We liked that it was close to the beach and tour agencies so you can arrange your trip smoothly and the staff knows where to refer. Clean room and it has a nice and wide balcony and convenient location.

- Perfect location - about 30 second walk from Ao Nang beach and a long tail boat company so perfect for organising trips. - Friendly, welcoming staff always seeing if we needed anything. - Beach towels available each day to take with you. - bathroom and bedroom bin emptied each day and bed made - big, spacious room with wardrobe, tv and mini fridge (we were also given bottled water each day). We read lots of reviews about the noise so we’re a bit worried about this but it really wasn’t that bad. It was a little noisy but you are in a location on a busy street. Noise got quieter after 11pm most days but with ear plugs you’ll be fine - not worth being put off the property for.
