- bathroom was a bit outdated - some more furniture in the room would have been nice (for example a second nightstand and a place to hang wet clothes on the balcony)

- very nice staff, especially the manager who was always there to help and answer our questions - big and clean room - comfortable bed - nice pool - great view (As it is up the hill you need to rent a scooter. The road up is in good condition!) - cute dogs on the property

Very quiet and remote place, if you want to stay here and get around, you need a bike or car, if you dont want to rely on a taxi. The view is amazing from the room and worth it! The room itself is big and comfortable and has enough space to relax and chill. Sadly, our room was not as clean as i accepted. The bathroom had mould, and the airconditioner was not clean and smelly. We told the staff and he fixed it the same day or if we wouldn't be satisfied, we would get another room. Such friendly and helpful staff member. 👌

The bathroom doubles up as a wet room, which is inconvenient. The floor stays wetter than it should be, so I'd recommend having a towel by the shower and the bathroom door.

Scenery Sunrise was an amazing holiday destination for my first big solo travel. The apartment features a balcony that offers an amazing view of the coast of Thailand and the rest of Koh samui. The room is really spacious and allows you to enjoy the view from your balcony. The apartment has a restaurant nearby, and room service was spectacular. I ordered fried chicken wings with sauce, and it went down a storm. All in all, it is a wonderful location for a getaway.

The property seems to be under renovations however that meant there was a leisure area missing and no cafe or bar connected. This was fine for us though as it felt more of an escape for sleep and chilling and enjoying the view- plenty of

Pool and room views alone are the best part of this place, absolutely exceptional. You do however need a bike to get to and fro as taxis might take too long / cost too much and the walk is long with no footpaths.

Very nice location with top view on the bay. Albert is a very helpful guy that organised for us the rent of motorbikes and taxi booking. Very satisfied with the exceptional service.

The location is a bit far from the city centre so if you dont have a scooter it can be a problem to go somewhere. Also, theres no places to eat around, but the manager offers menu for ordering which could be delivered to the property.

Property is clean, modern, has a huge balcony. Manager met us and was helpful. Place has a private swimming pool with a nice view.

The hotel is in a rundown condition and is not properly maintained.

Scenery Sunrise is located in a wonderful place with a magnificent view of the mountains.

We loved everything about this place. THE VIEW. THE STAFF. THE LOCATION. THE ROOMS. THE POOL. THE DOGS. Nothing was too much trouble for Tik (the manager). He arranged a bike to be available for us on arrival. He arranged taxis. When the hair-dryer in our room broke, he went out and bought a new one and delivered it to us, still in the packaging. JUST AN AMAZING ALL ROUND STAY. Thanks so much 🙏 💓

The bungalow was very dated, the photos are misleading. It looks like a regular 15$-thai-style homestay. It’s very far from everything, so you can stay there only if you rent a car. All this doesn’t make any sense for the price.

the villa was very different from the villa shown in the photos, it's actually a studio not a villa. the location was very hard to find and full of street dogs. I had to listen to dogs bark all night. I had to wait for 15 minutes in the check-in office before the staff arrive and give the keys.

This property is unbelievable, up in the mountains, lovely views, great staff (especially the manager who would do anything for you!!) Food and drink available whenever you need it and a pool to dip in with incredible views !!!

The hotel is located far away from everything else. Here is literally nothing and you are dependent to a motorcycle to get food or drinking water. Not even a 7/11 or kiosk nearby. The pictures from the restaurant and the area surrounding are not up to date anymore. The restaurant is closed and it looks like a construction site and not very beautiful. Just two sunbeds for a lot of apartments.
