Owners and Staff, especially Lily, were very helpful and kind. Room was very large Bed was comfortable For the price the room was very good, and location was perfect for us. Furniture is a bit miss matched and worn, as was the general decor. But as I said... the price was great.

Nothing to dislike. Room is a bit dated, but so is the entire town, that's the appeal of the place. Slow thai beach life

Beach front location, my room with balcony overlooking the beach. Hotel is a small restaurant as well, awesome friendly staff. Location is perfect on the nth side of Cha-am beach, plenty of beach cafes and restaurants. Room was large, older style and furnished, but completely satisfactory for what is needed. Comfy bed. Nothing to complain about for the price and location.

I put exceptional, because we had such a good experience here. The Staff, the owners, the location and the cleanliness was just great. Yes the building was older and a little tired but with all of the above, it just added to the charm. The good thing too was, you could still get the hotel wifi from the beach.

Fraud by double booking

No Breakfast included ,paid extra and was excellent. Unfortunally i paid for two rooms nr.31 + 33 in same period 5.12 .-29 12.2024 and did not get My 2. Payment back from booking.com So i Will not use their services again !,,

- I think the toilet was probably broken, there was always water on the floor around it - the shower could be cleaner

- located on the beach - spacious room - clean and comfortable bed - both local and european cuisine - cute cat living under the stairs on the 1st floor - 9 ball tournament every Thursday - be sure not to miss this out, it was really funny 😅🎱 - the owners are very friendly people - low cost

Large room in a well-located hotel - very close to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores, but far enough from the main bar area to be peaceful and quiet. Great food, including excellent breakfasts in the ground-floor restaurant.

No Swimming Pool, but the Sea is very close and usually much bigger (555)

got a bit noisy sometimes with nightly fireworks display at the beach, but never mind, as i was in time for the Asia Harley festival with a good rolling thunder noise for the 3 days it lastet
