Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe breakfast is the same 3 choices everyday. It gets very monotonous if you stay more than a couple of days. The hotel could vary the breakfast menu.
Location is fantastic, a few mins to Terminal 21 mall which affords great shopping choices and good restaurants. It is also a few minutes to the BTS Skytrain as well as the MRT monorail so it is very easy to connect to everywhere in Bangkok city. The room is very comfortable and quiet and the AC is cold. Wonderful bar downstairs for drinks. The staff is very courteous. The doorman is always helpful and happy greeting the guests😁

SingaporeThe shower wall is glass and covered by window shades - a direct view from the bed to the shower. So if you’re very particular about privacy when showering this is not the room for you, because anyone in the bedroom can just peek in very easily through the sides/gaps of the window shades. There also was no conditioner provided so I had to buy my own.
The bed and pillow were so soft, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever been on. Room was plenty large with a chair and flat sofa as well. Fridge was large and came with 2 bottles of water. About a 2-3 min walk from hotel to terminal 21. The walk although it is via a road side, it is fairly safe. Just pay attention when walking to not get hit by a motorcycle. We got a room on the 7th floor and noticed no issues with noise. The staff were friendly and would greet us when we came and left the hotel. There’s a small cafe in the hotel ground floor, convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast. There are 2 7-11s within 30 seconds of the hotel so no worries about needing a quick snack or water.

Our stay at Sacha’s Hotel Uno was truly exceptional. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Terminal 21 and the BTS/MRT interchange, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Bangkok. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a boutique hotel in such a central area. The bed was plush, the air-conditioning perfect, and the daily housekeeping kept everything in top shape. What truly made the experience special was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us—whether it was with luggage, directions, or transport arrangements. Highly recommended for couples, solo travellers, or anyone looking for a clean, cosy, and convenient hotel in the heart of Bangkok.

Highly recommended this hotel. PS: we where there during the earthquake, the building didn’t collapsed or show signs of damage, so we were happy :)

A nice little boutique hotel, attached to a wonderful restaurant. Not overly busy and very close to Asok BTS station. Definitely worth staying there. Wonderful staff.
