How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Inconsistent service upon getting to the room last time I stayed the hotel employee checked that the air conditioner was working showed me the safe and how to set up the wifi. This time showed me to the room opened the door and left.
Good location, room was a good size and everything worked. Good value for money.

The shower had no curtain in the bathtub and it would flood some of the bathroom. Occasionally cockroaches or very small lizards (silverfish I think) would be spotted in the bathroom. On a couple of occasions cigarette smell would float through the bathroom ventilation.
The firmness of the King sized bed and air conditioning set at 24° combined perfectly for a magnificent sleep.The shopping centre and beach were so close. The toilet facilities were very good. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I plan to be there again in late February 2026.

Small sized car park. Wifi was difficult to access.

Bar doesn’t stay open past 8, food not cooked on site so can take a while as it’s done by neighbouring restaurant, is nice and hot but is delay, not a lot of choice on alcoholic beverages

Couldn't get the wifi to work seems quite clumsy process to access it. Towels were a bit worse for wear. And had a rather loud lizard singing during the night.
Room was okay, bed comfortable and air conditioning unit was fine. Good location good value for money .

The room smells damp The receptionist are so bad and unwelcoming No view No restaurant WI fi is bad and need login every time you return to the room Light in the room is not enough , it is dark Towels are so old No electric plug beside the bed
The room is spacious. The air conditioning is good. The water pressure is good. The hot water is nice. There is a desk and a large bag rack. The bed is 2 meters width , as well as a table and two chairs. A refrigerator and a safe box. The location is good.

The hotel looks a bit tired. The fixtures were okay but towels and bed linen have seen better days. The wifi was okay but not straight forward to access. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. My room was very dark upon opening the door and was a pain to find the key slot. The pool side furniture were in need of replacement. I think my room was okay and acceptable for the price. But would not pay more than 1000 for this room. There are better options out there. Also the higher grade rooms maybe better if staying for a week or more.
Great location, good pool and adequate accommodation. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning and wifi were okay. The room a standard double was of a reasonable size. Thai style wet bathroom was okay but remember the water will go all round the bathroom. My room had a window but little outside light. But there wasn't much noise from other guests.

The bed was very hard. I understand many people like a hard mattress but it is not to my liking. I woke up most mornings with sore hips and a pain down my right leg, which I haven't experienced before. In contrast the next place we stayed at had a nice soft top and was very comfortable and I woke up with no issues.
The location is excellent.
