Friendly and service oriented people, all of them speak English too wich is very convenient. The place is newly built, I loved the design, free parking, and in walking distance to 7/11, a small market and a laundry shop- all in all a very recommendable stay in Trang.

The door does not save for the parents who have the kids. My 1.7 years old son could open the door and run out from the room even we closes every safety lock. The chain is installed too low and my son could reach it. For the safety door lock, you have to lock it manually but when you just grabbed the handle to open, it was unlocked immediately. So, it is not that safe for kids.

The room is clean and perfect location, nearby everywhere I wanna go.

The room is not soundproof. You can hear everything from the corridor it’s very disturbing in early morning.

The room was new and very clean. They provided free bottles of water in room and at the reception. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There were a lot of parking lots which was very convenient. There were a few things that we don't like. First the room walls are very thin.You can hear when the guests next room are talking or walking. Unfortunately during our stay, some guests made a very lound noise at 2 AM which was very disturbing. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are light sleeper. Second, there was no in room water heater so we cannot adjust water temperature. The last thing was the bed was hard and not very comfortable. Overall it was OK at this price. However, I found that walk-in price was a bit cheaper than in booking.com.

No power points near bedside, no bedside tables. No power point in bathroom. Shower pressure from the overhead shower could be stronger. The pressure from the shower phone was amazing but only cold - I think this was for cleaning purposes - which confused us at first as we thought it would be linked to the overhead shower like most hotels. Had the corner room on th second floor, for two of the three nights there was some kind of machine that sounded like a pump or generator outside that was quite loud that ran for a couple of hours - luckily I had ear plugs.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in for its price range and room type. The staff were very friendly and polite. Unlimited water refills at no extra charge was very helpful. Location not far from local eateries (not the tourist traps). I would stay again.

The facilities is not good, although everything is clean.The heater was suddenly too cold or too hot, and water pressure is not good.

Very clean room and nice location. The good thing is that they provide free mineral water for guest to take at lobby. Free snacks for special occasion.
