United KingdomBeing woken up with drilling and banging at 8.30am two days running even though I was told it would only start after 10am. After complaining the same thing happened the next day. The pool and separate beach restaurant food was quite average. Waited nearly one hour for a hot chocolate when the pool was busy.
Spacious, clean resort with great pools. The best pool, with the swim up bar is at Royal Beach Hotel which is walkable. The Royal Cliff Hotel room with balcony sea view was very nice. Cleaning staff were good and friendly. Indian restaurant food very good.

ThailandThe staff looked slightly displeased when I ordered multiple omelets at once, but they still made them for me. And I found a strand of hair in the bathroom when I just checked into the room. However, it was just a minor issue.
The staff provided excellent service. Everywhere we went, the staff gave us a warm welcome. We were especially impressed by the golf cart driver, who was very attentive and willing to assist. The lifeguard at the swimming pool in the Royal Grand Hotel area kept a close watch on the children at all times, as the pool there is quite deep. The hotel was clean and beautifully maintained, with a pleasant fragrance throughout—though we’re not sure what it was. Despite having extensive gardens, the hotel never felt eerie, and there were no fallen leaves cluttering the walkways. The head staff at the breakfast restaurant provided great service, ensuring that all staff members were attentive and proactive in serving guests.

Well located on the cliff tops and removed from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Facilities were great and the entire complex felt safe and secure.

United StatesWe were really upset because we didn’t realize that you could walk the beach to get to the restaurant in town, because all the restaurants were closed in the hotel. This is the first time I’ve been in a five star hotel and all of the restaurants were closed so we had to go to the hotels next-door to eat breakfast and the food was not very good at all. Ended up going over to three mermaids to eat some good food.. I probably won’t be back. I was very disappointed. Better off staying at Royal Cliff Beach Hotel. They have a nicer swimming pool and the restaurants open.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, I stayed for new years and they even had their own fireworks show, the rooms are amazing with shower and bath, we was on the 8th floor with amazing sea view. I will be back again soon, 10/ 10 and the staff are super helpful

A few swimming pools to choose from. Everything is expensive at the hotel - food and drinks. Try happy hour in the sunset bar, that is lovely and half price drinks (still expensive).
