Because it's a teakhouse, it's very noisy/ you can hear everything from the neighboring room.

Need to venture out a bit for food and provisions. Also, our rooms were located on the 2nd floor, with no elevators and the steps being rather steep, so not too conducive for guests with mobility issues.

Nice resort by the river, with a patio to dine with a great view. Staff were pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was exceptional and definitely the best part of our stay.

If you are catching a bus to Mae Sariang it is imperative that you pre-book transport down to your accommodation. The bus terminal is a couple of kilometres out of town.

Well situated beside river, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Walk to main street for shops, banks 7-11 etc. water buffaloes frolicking in the river, birds chirping merrily. Nice place to relax.

Other reviews mention that rooms are noisy because of the building's timber structure but we were at the top so this didn't impact us. The stairs to the room were quite steep, which wasn't an issue for us, but others may find tricky.

Comfortable room over looking the river. Helpful and friendly staff who assisted when I had mixed up the booking date. We only stayed one night, and it was a perfect location while completing a motorcycle tour.

But wood moves with the season. Noise isolation is poor and this does not help for a good sleep. Which is important for bikers as their life depends from it. Also wood is sensible for water, so no ass shower, no fridge.

This is an exceptional building, fully build in Teak wood. Beautiful.

The old house is lovely, but if you get one of the ground floor rooms it can be noisy as you hear every movement from upstairs, just the nature of the old building

Great location and comfortable room. Big car park opposite the property which was convenient. Dinner and breakfast overlooking the river and you can use the pool at one of their sister hotels, a short walk away.

The only thing we didn't like is that because the hotel is made from wood, we heard other guests opening and closing their room doors and walking up and down the stairs. However, if you go during the off tourist season, I don't think that would be an issue.

The hotel itself is very quaint and it's a beautiful place with a view of the river. It's easy to find and near restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the weather was cold, the room was warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and competent. They helped in so many ways. Breakfast was very delicious, and there's a coffee shop onsite as well, although we didn't order any coffee there. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast could have more options, and upstairs rooms must be accessed by stairs, so limited if injured / unable to take on the stairs. For me, it was very good
