Everything was just as it should be. Good! Only thing I can imagine worth mentioning is the fact that the swimmingpool is at their neighbours hotel, so you need to walk abit.

Very authentic Thai rural village/town environment. This accommodation might not be brand new, but had everything we needed and you would expect from a hotel. We had a de luxe room and slept very well. Great pillows and good water pressure. Also very clean. And breakfast, even though basic, was good enough for the start of our day.

I could hear an annoying noise in the night. Sounded like it was coming from some machinery within the hotel.

The reception gentleman Sintu was really welcoming, parking area was big. Easy walk to restaurants. Use of the swimming pool next door was lovely

No elevator

Very nice room with a balcony overlooking the river. It was a bit worn in places and could use some maintenance, but nothing major. We had a comfortable night's sleep. Fast WiFi, easy private parking, decent breakfast included. Very good option for an overnight stay.

Shower water pressure was excellent but balancing hot and cold was challenging! Could only find one power point in the room. Good size balcony but no outdoor furniture to enjoy it. Apart from these quibbles, it’s a great hotel for an area four hours from Chiang Mai and very close to Burma.

Deluxe room with balcony overlooking the Yuam River had a great view. Lovely teak furniture and everything basic but clean. Pretty good for a remote area and at a fair price. Older people should note that there is no lift but the stairs are wide and easy to use. Breakfast was basic but quite adequate. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Food options around the hotel are plentiful, reasonably priced and clean. We stayed here years ago as well and will return. The ethnic mix around the area is just fascinating. Once you get an hour out of town I found that many people did not even speak Thai.

The riverside was buggy and the pool was not attractive.

The bathroom shower temprature fluctuated alot going from cold water to scalding, the balance could be better. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great place in this small town. Great view over the river. Nice room with balcony. They had an interconnecting room for our family. The pool was next door at their sister hotel but it was nice after a warm day. Great walk along the river immediately in front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK with different options.

I believe the person at check in was having an off day - either that or she forgot she works in the hospitality industry. Also not a fan of the buffet breakfast - always wonder why hotels with limited rooms such as this one, not rather opt to have a limited option of really well made dishes instead?

Another hotel that you cannot get a meal other than breakfast. Pool was a shared pool with another residence next door but quite a hike. Shower drainage was a problem and flooded the shower. Not enough charging points.
