Our room had no real windows (which we think is an exception as it was on the groundfloor). During night the tiny "windows" where illuminated from outside with a cold artificial light. Impossible to darken the room. This is the only negativ point, we would go again but make sure to have another room.

Nice Pool, easy access to the city center, nice decor and really clean. Next door there's a small coffee bar with good coffee and teas and small breakfast. Good for the first coffee in the morning.

The hotel is in front of a busy road. Quite noisy from 8am.

The location is good. The old town can be visited on foot. Lots of nice restaurants close to the hotel.

Such attentive staff, felt so comfortable here. The property is really beautiful and you feel very at home! We rented a moped to get around in which was easy enough and there was lots to do within walking distance as well!

That I had to leave after only a few days.

This was my first visit to Chiang Mai, and I feel like we were in the best possible location. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, a cool jazz bar a 5 minute walk away that pulls in a big crowd onto the street in front. It was a short walk into the historic center, and less than 10 mins by tuktuk to the large lively markets near the river where you can also find kickboxing fight nights.. The interior of the hotel was elegantly done, with lots of expensive looking wooden finishes. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. And the coffee shop in front of the hotel had excellent coffee.

We found a small and very beautiful hotel, built and decorated with great taste and quality details. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool was perfect for relaxing on hot days. We definitely recommend it and would come back.

Such a lovely place to stay - it feels really homely. The decor has lots of character and the room we had was very spacious. The pool was beautiful and clean and very refreshing. Great location in the old town. Staff were very helpful and flexible and let us store our luggage there before and after checking in and out.

Sometimes the WiFi wasn’t working

Super nice hotel in perfect location! It is located right next to a 7-Eleven, laundromat, massage place and the hotel also has its own Café. The old town can be explored by foot. Staff was very welcoming and we particularly enjoyed the pool. Would stay here again anytime!

Great hotel in Old Chiang Mai. Awesome location and super close to restaurants and about a 20 minute walk from the markets. The rooms are spacious and the pool is lovely ... sparkly clean providing a welcome break from the heat of the day. Highly recommend

We got a small room with a running toilet, but no big deal.

Good location with 7/11 and laundry self service next door. Great and cool pool in shade, perfect for hot days.

We had some problems with flushing the toilet. I’m sure it can be fixed by the hotel if you ask them.
