The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check-in/out was very simple. The whole place was clean and tidy and our room was comfortable with good air conditioning. Very close to Phaya Thai station so easy to get to from the airport. Hostel Restiny is exactly what we needed as a base from which to explore the centre of Bangkok.

Nothing! You can't control who you room with unless you book private rooms or book the whole space for yourself but thats the trouble with hostels.

I loved how clean and comfortable this was, the place feels so homely and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The beds and room I stayed in were immaculately clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back again because the location was absolutely ideal as well!

Pillow and bed a bit too hard，perhaps it's just me. It would be good if there's hand wash in the toilet.

Nice staff. Room very clean, shower room and a separated toilet in female dorm, close to airport rail line phaya thai stop, can borrow umbrella from the hostel when it's raining.

It is very convenient as it is near the BTS station, and Pratunam is nearby. Some attractions, you just book a grabcar and go. There's coffee, cookies and noodles available for breakfast. A 7/11 store is a walk away for anything you need. The owner can also guide you wherever you go, very helpful. We hope to come back again soon

I've stayed at this hostel many times and it's very comfortable and affordable. The staff are incredibly helpful , friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient. I'd recommend staying here!

Everything. Central location with metro access in 3 minutes. 7-11 downstairs with tons of food options. A great night market is next to the metro station and the food are crazy - cheap & tasty. Room-wise - clean with good air-con & nice curtains which give good privacy. Owner is really nice as well.

From the moment we arrived—much earlier than the usual check-in time—the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to our trip. The room was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The hostel is just right a the cebter of Bangkok so exploring the area is even more enjoyable with just a walking distance to some attractions. The staff’s warmth and hospitality truly stood out; they were always friendly, helpful (even went beyond reminding and recommending us on how to safely go around the city especially for the female members of our family), and ready to assist with anything we needed. Will surely come stay again when we return❤️

The hostel is very clean! The staff /owner is very friendly and very helpful to the hotel guests. You can always ask her if u need help getting around bangkok and she also suggests things to do if u ran out of itinerary.I love that it was able to accomodate my whole family of 6 in one room. Very spacious and clean beds.

Only the pillow was not super comfy.

Perfect destination if you want get to and from the airport fast. The hostel was really clean! And the employees super super nice! They offer some fruits and snacks the whole day. The bunkdeds are spacious and the curtains really really light prove!

- No elevator so you may have to climb up to 4 flights of stairs (for dorms on the higher floors) - Front desk closes at 10pm make sure you notify the staff for directions on late check in - Bring your own lock for lockers

- Convenient location short walk from Playa Thani (terminal station on airport link from BKK), it’s perfect for short stop overs on a flight in/out of Bangkok and close to shopping malls - Very clean, quiet, comfortable beds - Staff was helpful and communicative
