Unfortunately, the hotel has not fully recovered from the pandemic, it requires repairs, the territory is sometimes not very clean due to falling leaves and also monkeys living there, they are not aggressive and generally do not interfere with tourists, but they scatter garbage from the bins. In some places there is old equipment that no one takes out to dispose of. This spoils the view and impressions a little. I would really like the owner to eliminate these small shortcomings and then the hotel would be a truly wonderful place for relaxation and privacy

Could’ve been maintained a little better, felt a bit over grown and old. Our room was spacious however needed an update. The sofa couch wasn’t usable, could barely sit on it, it was so broken. The mattress felt like you were sleeping on cardboard and some of the floorboards were broken and would trip over them constantly. There were holes all over the room where insects and lizards were getting in from constantly. Overall we stayed in the most expensive room which was definitely not worth the price, would’ve been much happier in the cheaper room if I’d known they were newer.

Was super pretty, and away from other hotels so felt a lot more intimate. The included breakfast had lots of options and was great. Big pool that was cleaned daily, and a boat that can take you to the pier + beach multiple times a day for free!

There was a fair bit of litter/rubbish surrounding the hotel and along the road to the hotel but this obviously isn't the hotel's fault, it's just a bit of a shame.

This hotel is great value for money, by far the cheapest option we could find that still looked luxurious. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the view over the water to the pier was beautiful. They also have a free boat that can take you to the pier or the beach on the other side of the bay which was a nice perk.

Our room was tiny and very old. The bathroom was pretty gross. Lot of cracks in windows and doors meaning poor AC circulation. It was pretty dark too! To be fair, we booked the last room available and it was cheap! This was a room on the ground floor so we faced the beach and pool area, not one of the deluxe rooms with the private tub on the balcony. You get what you pay for. This is totally on us, but we surprised regardless. The room next to us was actually a storage room, so we appreciated the extra privacy but it felt a bit like we had been stuck in the janitors closet! BUT it was super quiet so we slept in a lot, and the bed was comfy.

The view was outstanding, and the grounds were lovely. There was a shuttle boat to take you across to the pier or the beach four times a day, which was super helpful and made planning our day easy! Breakfast was ok. Fairly basic and repetitive after a few days. Ordered a la carte. Restaurant was fairly priced and cocktails were good! Staff all spoke great English and were very helpful! Three cats roaming the grounds, bringing us mice ^_^

The breakfast could have been better, and there are few things around the resort that could do with a bit of tlc. You need a scooter if you want to go out for dinner at night, not a problem for us though.

We enjoyed the peaceful location and view over the bay. The free boat service to the bigger beach was great as well as the kayaks. The pool is great too.

The beds were super comfy, the staff here are just amazing. Very helpful and kind. Really made our stay lovely. Thanks very much😊 the facilities were fine, soaps in the bathrooms, coffees provided and replenished which is great. I would say good value for money. Air con worked well, everything was clean. Pool/ outdoor area was lovely. The location is a bit out of the way, but we got a moped so it wasn’t a problem for us. They also provide a free boat across to the other side where you can rent mopeds/ get taxis and explore.

It needs a lot of tlc. Definitely need new bedding and towels. The towels were the worst with holes in some and not soft at all.

In our room on New Year's Eve the electricity went out 5 times, each time we had to go and call the staff to fix it.

Of course always a little renovations could be in place and tidy up around the hotel could boost this place to 4 star or maybe even 5 star in no time!

I love how remote this was, whole new experience from otherside of the island! Staffs were very nice and helpful with everything. The room was really nice with almost warm water for the balcony jaquzzi too! :)

Breakfast expensive and no buffet, 1 pool, not 2, you can swim but no beach. Lunch and dinner is expensive and they want 7% tax and 10% tipp on top of price.

it was a very peaceful place, good staff, the really take care of customers, if you want, the take you by boat to Bang Bao Pier or to Klong Kloi Beach for free. Room okej, bed was soft. I like it.

A little clutter around the resort where they store stuff which could be hidden a little better

I absolutely loved staying here! The location overlooking Bang Bao is stunning, and it’s so convenient to visit the charming seafood restaurants in the area. You can even take a free boat to explore, which adds a touch of adventure. We drove to the resort, and having a car definitely made it easier to get around this side of the island. One of the highlights was the playful monkeys that hang out around the resort—it really added to the experience! Our room was superb, with a super comfy bed, excellent air conditioning, and a fantastic bathtub on the balcony. The pool was amazing, too—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The free breakfast was decent, but everything else about this place makes it a perfect getaway. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat, I highly recommend staying here!

There were ants all over the room. In the bathroom, the shower and even some in the bed! The location is at the very bottom of Koh Chang. It’s so far down, some taxis will not drive all the way to the hotel itself. Also, you are far from any main shops/main road. For this reason, we had to rent a scooter. The bed is not comfy at all, they could at least do with adding a mattress protector.

Amazing views, we had the room with a bathtub and it was outstanding to sit and see the mountains.

The location was lovely and quiet with a great view but along a single track road with very poor lighting so didn't want to drive in the evening once it was dark.

Not didn’t like just awareness. The resort far from the port, the road to go to quite hard, if you are not good in driving a car, I recommend you to go by taxi or resort’s car.

Staff are so nice and good service mind. Room’s location is nice, just open the curtain will see the sea view.
