The layout of the beds isn't great. If you are on a top bed you freeze in the air con and there's no way to adjust it - there are also no curtains on the top so zero privacy. The beds are really hard, I generally didn't have a great nice sleep.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable - especially the chatty guy, he was so lovely! It's in a slightly quieter part of town which is nice!

They keep your passport as a deposit. I am pretty sure this is illegal and completely unacceptable. If the staff were not as nice as they were I would have left because of this.

Great location, easy to find. My friend and I got a 4 dorm to ourselves for a couple of nights. Good lockers and comfy beds, air con works. Good reps on site who helped organise a boss boat party (Blanco’s)

A lot more expensive than other hostels we’ve stayed in, assuming that’s because of location. Ground floor dorm quite bright from reception lights on all night. Water in bathroom tap was brown which was pretty gross. Lots of mosquitos in room and no nets so that kind of sucked as we all got bit a lot, regardless of repellent spray.

Great location! One of the blanco beach bars sister hostels so had easy access to their events and boat parties. Very friendly and fun staff and other guests. Towels, pillow and blanket provided which was great. Air cons and fans throughout room which was good.

You have to leave your passport at the reception during your entire stay, it’s the first time that happens to me. I explained the lady that I needed it for my excursion and she told me that if I didn’t like the policy I could go somewhere else.

Definitely a party hostel. If you’re into that you’ll like it. The large mixed dorm is a lot of people. The lockers are not large enough for a bag, only for small possessions & more than half of them are broken. They keep your passport the whole trip which I do not like, especially given I paid in full prior to arrival. There is no sound proofing at all even in the smaller 4 bed dorms. You hear every door, every word, every song. Probably a bit over priced.

Decent location, not too far from the main area yet far enough to avoid hectic noise levels. Staff were all very professional, polite, and helpful.

It was awful. The air conditioner worked as full, and was sent directly on the bed. Like in a refrigerator. Right under the window, the pounds of wild drunken young Europeans roam until night and yell. Take care of your nerves.

The location is really good. Not too close to the busy bars, so if you want to sleep early you cn without too much noise.

Not the hostels fault, but more the clientele of the island with it being a party place. People coming back late and shouting. One person was even sick in the dormitory which was disgusting.

I did the job for somewhere to sleep on Phi Phi. It’s not on the main road so it was quiet at night!

I don’t know what it is but many hostels just don’t have a bin so I used the one in the shower. Unfortunately they only had three of them which includes the toilet as well. and there was no table or anything. just the locker which I didn’t use in the end. (one sink was missing in the first shower)

The stay was good. Easy going people at the counter. you could even buy water and stuff like that. It was always clean and the sand is just normal. so no problem which that. the Terrace was nice. They had Lockers as well - but you need a bigger padlock for that.

Dorm had 16 beds to inevitably woken up alot during the night. Bathrooms were not clean, pretty moudly. No privacy for top bunk. Very little space around the bunks for luggage

Common area is just the reception, too small and doesn't appeal to socialize there. Toilets are awful! The toilet is very close to the shower so everything gets wet. There's no toilet apart from shower and you are not supposed to use shoes inside the hostel so when you go to the toilet most times the floor is wet. Besides, there is a toilet without sink and there is no sink outside toilets! How are we suposed to wash hands? Upper bunk bed has no cortins and it comes a lot of light and noise from the corridor.

The staff were nice enough as I said, although trying really hard to push tickets to their boat party down your throat, and as well to those just walking by. There was a tiny table out front which constituted the common area and there wasn’t really a vibe out there.

The location was good, being a bit out of the centre of town so not too close to the main party vibes of Phi Phi. the staff were nice and helpful, and the bunks had curtains for a bit of privacy.
