This was our 2nd time at Annika. Amazing property, super kind staff. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Rooms are perfect. Pool and jacuzzi clean and tidy with ample chairs. It’s away from main strip so a moped is handy.

Would like to have seen a pool cleaner actually cleaning the inside of the pool walls and jacuzzi during our stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect, resort was clean and tidy, food was great and all staff were so friendly and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

We spent 5 nights at the Annika resort and we had a really great time! The resort offers a wonderful view on the rainforest of koh chang and the service is great, every employee is well-organized and always polite. For example at the birthday of my friends son the whole team came together and prepared a birthdaycake, while eating breakfast they also turned the bed sheets and towels into cute little elephants.As if it was not enough politness they send a picture of the birthdaypresents, which the birthdaykid forgot at his apartment and shipped it for free to our new location. Especially Mr. Warakorn, the front office manager, took responsibility for both acts of kindness. I can do nothing but recommend you the Annika resort!

We like to walk so this was perfect. It was easy to walk to the most beautiful waterfall you could swim in. It was a few hundred metres along the road until you could turn left to Sol Beach and access a lovely long quiet beach for walking along. There was a free shuttle to another private beach and we enjoyed walking back from there. There were also scooters to hire from the hotel and bikes from the closest town. The hotel itself was a lovely haven with a beautiful pool, adequate gym and spa facilities. The restaurant had good food and breakfast was a buffet with a good choice and good coffee. Really good value for money.

Breakfast is fair, you can have all kinds of food, yet not many choices nor variety. The restaurant is comfortable.

Nice resort with good price during low season. We stayed in the Thai House which is unique and unforgettable Staff are helpful as there was problem with the fan and hot water supply in shower, they fixed them efficiently upon request,

The resort was beautiful, the gardens and the pool amazing. The staff were lovely and very kind and helpful. The room was very good and spacious with a lovely verandah. The bed was very comfortable with a thick mattress pad. Whilst the bathroom was a little dated for the price you could not complain. We found the location fine. It was a short work to the private beach although there was a shuttle which we did not use. It was also close enough to walk to a fantastic waterfall where you could swim.

My only small negative issue was the quantity of Thai dish for breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and tasty every morning, having a good combination between Thai and Western items of menu, such as toasts, cereals, boiled rice, fried rice, sausages, hams, fruits, tea and coffee. This also included the egg station where you can order omelettes in addition to fried and boiled eggs. However, it would have been better if we could have one or two more Thai dishes for breakfast. At the beginning of my stay for 2 weeks, we had 2 Thai dishes every morning - fried vegetable with meat as well as fried noodle - and these menu changed every day. However, it unfortunately reduced to only one Thai hot meal. It this because it was in the middle of rainy season where a number of hotel guests was not very large? I do not know the reason. But, it was a shame because I am a Thai food lover.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Annika Koh Chang. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the beach three times a day (10:00, 12:00 and 14:00). The private beach actually belongs to Koh Chang Longstay Resort, and it was very quiet during my stay in June. I could feel as if the beautiful Klong Prao Beach all to myself! There were a good number of sun-loungers there under some tall pine trees and palm trees. The toilet with a shower facility nearby in Longstay Resort was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed swimming in the hotel’s swimming pool, which was surrounded by a huge lovely garden, full of tropical flowers and plants. Members of staff at the hotel, including people working for the reception, restaurant, garden as well as cleaners, are very friendly, and I believe that their smiling faces made my stay at Annika Koh Chang very special and enjoyable.

We stayed in ANNIKA last year and came back because it's so relaxing. The staff, restaurant and all facilities were fantastic. The swimming pool, spa pool and gardens are beautiful.

Parts of the gym were under construction at the time of our visits. It was still usable, though not very sightly and lots fo furniture all over the place. This really didn't have a huge effect on our visit though, we still loved it.

Beautiful grounds and pool. The whole place was stunning. We loved it. Waking up next to the gardens and looking out over the streams was perfect.
