I’ve done a mistake with the dates during my booking and contacted the hotel and they were so kind to change the dates without any issues just a small extra charge which was absolutely fine and they have even upgraded us to a bigger room. Well I can say this is one of the best hotels we stayed, this hotel is so beautiful, well maintained, looks even better than on the pictures. Smells very nice everywhere. Hotel staff are so friendly and everyone is smiling. The breakfast is amazing, everything is so nicely presented, the Executive Chef prepares your eggs, he is so friendly, same as all the employees. Nice extra, free soft drinks and snacks in the room offered by the hotel. We will definitely visit again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hua Hin. Thank you very much once again, it was amazing.

quiet luxury in a very spacious room with free snacks. warm pools and on the beach. walking distance to night market and centre of town staff were so friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent

A modern beautiful place that catered for all our needs, with spa, lush green gardens and well placed pools. The breakfast was a well presented international buffet served in a modern white garden bakery cafe sort of vibe setting and made for a wonderful experience. We had dinner on the beach and had the set sea food menu. It was delicious and all served by very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is In an Ideal location for the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and just about anything you need. And yet still keeps its self in the quieter side of town. Perfect!

Nothing. Recommend this hotel as luxurious and calm. We walked to centre of Hua hin in 10-15 min but taxi and tuc tuc's so inexpensive and always available.

Really nice spacious room with pool in front. The part of the hotel with beach front and restaurant/bar food was just across the road. Pool and sea water were so warm. Helpful and friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast and pool snacks. Mini bar was complimentary apart from alcohol

Communications with the hotel prior to staying was easy and very quick responses to queries. On arrival we were upgraded to a Sandsky deluxe room which was really lovely, very spacious for the two of us and great for reorganising ourselves after three weeks of moving every few days. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious, with a good selection of fruits, cereals, pastries, salads, cooked dishes, Asian and European and eggs made to order. Well worth getting up for! The swimming pool area was friendly and always seemed to have enough sun beds for everyone. The pools are a nice size for a decent swim too. Every member of staff was friendly and spoke much better English than my my Thai! They are an asset to the organisation and running of this great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return if we are back in Hua Hin again.

Hua Hin itself lacks charm as a town and a beach and seems pretty run down, with large areas of the beach inaccessible because of hotel ownership etc. This limits the appeal of a stay here, even at a great hotel like Putahracsa.

Loved the location, our room Oceanbed Jacuzzi Villa was very spacious and comfortable. All staff from reception, restaurants, spa , cleaning and gardening/maintenance were very friendly.
