Limited lighting in room and no power outlet in bathroom.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. large swimming pool but limited shade. It's off the street, so minimal street noise. Friendly staff and security on gate at night. Rooms are dated but large and comfortable. Variety of nice outdoor areas to relax. I would definitely stay again. We actually extended our stay by a few days.

Getting a bit rundown

But here is why as an elderly, partially disabled person I will not be returning to this hotel. The bathroom is an accident waiting to happen. Firstly there is a 10cm step down into the bathroom from the bedroom. If you are unaware of this you can easily fall into the bathroom or trip on the way out. Also there is a tiled ledge below the sink which you stub your toes on every time you use the sink. If you step back to avoid stubbing your toes, water you are using falls onto the floor, making it slippery. Finally the shower curtain does not extend to the shower floor, so when in use, shower water blows the curtain out and ends up on the bathroom floor, making it slippery. Falling in a bathroom is dangerous for the elderly. At least, this was my experience in room 312. There is also a small step leading into the bedroom from the corridor that can be easily missed.

The hotel offers good basic facilities for the price. The bed is large and comfortable. Bed linen is clean. And it's only minutes from the beach, two 7-11's, restaurants and bars. There is a large pool and off-street parking.

Aircon noisy in room without balcony.. maybe rooms with balcony have new aircon . Limited lights in room.

Room was refurbished and really nice. Location near various food places. Beach not far….walk a bit more to swim. Didn’t hear street noise. Felt safe here. Security on gate in evening. Staff friendly.

The wifi is very weak. The manager kindly restarted the wifi when asked but continued to be weak and drop out in the evenings. Not sure they have enough bandwidth to deal with the whole hotel use. If they addressed this the hotel would be perfect and I would have probably stayed longer.

The facilities were basic even though the room was bigger than the ones in Bangkok.

The location of the hotel was excellent, about 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the night market. There were 2 7-11s next to it and several restaurants, bars, and massage parlours around it. Given the price, it was good value for money.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Room was very clean. Pool looked lovely, but we didn't get time to use it. We stayed just the one night for songkran, but we would definitely stay there again. Staff on reception were so friendly.

Lovely place. Lovely pool. Very nice rooms, with small table & chairs, plus balcony. Good location on road to public beach. Lots of eateries, entertainment venues and convenience stores close by. Main market & night market not far either. Staff were very pleasant & helpful, providing main necessities on a daily basis. Top spot!

Nothing to dislike.

No breakfast available but we have previously stayed there. Plenty of local options. Right in the central part of Hua Hin so very convenient. The cleaners were very thorough each day, sheets changed every 2nd day and towels daily(not super fluffy but ok), We like having a balcony and a lift. The air conditioning was adjustable and TV channels very suitable - DW, NKH and Australian a good selection. WIFI also good.

Great location. Nice pool....big enough to swim laps. Bed was comfortable. Room is clean. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable and the location is great. 5 minutes walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate area but it is not loud. 20 minutes walk to the night market and 20 minutes walk to Hua Hin Market Village. I would definitely stay here again.
