ive stayed here 5 times and many different rooms and boy some of the old fridges need to go to the bin, freezers broken, door seals broken, i have atowel on the floor in front of fridge to soak up water but only a miner inconvienience

Airconditioner ben s a little loud but acceptable.

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we have seen in Thailand. The sheets and towels were clean, the floors, bathroom and even the lobby has no dust or hair. They clean the room every day if you want. The rooms are huge, around 30-35 m2 and very spacious. You have a table with two chairs and additionally two plastic very comfortable loungers to use in the balcony or in your room. The fridge is mid size and all rooms have a kettle and hair dryer. The water pressure is good, there is always hot water. The pool is bigger than most properties here, enough for a leisurely lap and they have sunbeds to chill on. The car park is big and the reception is open 24 hours. There is a very clean small gym for an occasional work out. Our room was facing the po amd we loved the view of the pool with Samui’s mountains at the back with palm trees. The price is almost unbeatable and there is a huge 24 hour open supermarket right next door. You can walk to the main street in 3 minutes and 10 minutes to the beach. We stayed for two weeks here had a great time in Koh Samui. Especially young Laila at the front desk helped us a lot for our requests and for renting a motorbike, she also speaks very good English.

The main issue was the area since there was no sidewalk on the main street. You need to walk on the side of the road and the cars or motorcycles drive quite fast there. It is only feasible if you have a hire a motorcycle or a car. It is a 5 min walk to the Chaweng beach.

The place is affordable and it is good value for the money. The hotel and amenities are quite outdated but the room was clean and spacious. It feels safe to stay there. There is a common pool where the guests can enjoy a sunbath. Surprisingly, there is also a gym and elevator there. It's close by a huge local grocery store with cheap local prices. There is a 10 min walk to a nice and cheap street food. The hotel had guest from around the world with different ages. It is also indicated for a long stays. If you are looking for a place to stay that it is not luxurious, I can recommend this place as a good deal to stay.
