Hard beds and not the best shower.

Great location, access to the beach and a nice beach bar that does cocktails. Rooms are very basic and the beds are super hard.But you are close to everything and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.The young guys running the beach bar are top notch young fella's.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it's right by all the shops but not too noisy as it's set back from the main road. The doors had large cracks in the panels & large gaps under and above the doors, potential for mosquitoes to enter the room. The bathroom was good and very clean. The bedroom is nice and good size, the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was the large cracks in the door and the gaps above and below. Also, the wooden decor around the bed looked nice but unfortunately there was a lot of dust & dirt behind the panels which doesn't look good. The rest of the room was clean, but this was a little off-putting. The swimming pool is a lovely size and water looked clean but the surrounding area around the pool looks old, tired and dirty. This could easily be improved with a little housekeeping and a touch of paint to make it look more acceptable.

In the room the sockets didn’t really work and sparked out at us many times. Room could do with updating, a lick of fresh paint would go miles.

we thought the location was great, literally on chaweng road but also hotel backs onto the beach so brilliant for both. The staff were so attentive, especially the people on the beach bar, super kind and helpful.

AC wasn’t too strong, Room was warm, but not hot. Inconvenient placing of power outlets and light switches. No reading light or any other small light source. Balcony wasn’t a private one but rather a small bench and table in front of the door. Appreciated I had a room on upper level.

This was just a one night stay at the PTK. I liked the arrangements of buildings. It leads right to the sea but is not a crowded path that a lot of people use to get to the water. It was quiet, didn’t mind the occasional airplane. Bathroom clean, no old smell or any mold. Bed was ok comfortable. Had a cabinet with clothes rack and some additional space for sitting.

The place is a bit dated and needs an upgrade, yet everything works and is sufficient for a short stay. The local internet didn't work in my room (I never got round to ask for the wifi password).

The location is great. Close to the beach, markets, shops, restaurants and bars. The accommodation was neat and had all the basics you need. The staff was helpful in arranging transfers. The property supplies comfy beanbags and chairs for the beach and loungers for the pool.

They do laundry and unfortunately we didn’t get back one of our favorite hoodie and it’s gone missing completely. I did raise the issue but it is unsolved unfortunately so please check what you get back from laundry straight away. We should have done the same.

It is very close to walking street, shops, night market and it is literally on the beach. The room is huge with plenty of storage space, air conditioning works well. You also got kettle and cups and there is a fridge and tv. You can book transport and scooter with them as well.

Improvement around the pool area ,although this is happening slowly but surely . The t.v channels could be better , I.e. English bbc or itv . Cannot get wi- fi around the pool area . All in all just needs a tidy up , get rid of rubbish , a good lick of paint here and there and maintenance kept up to date .

The location is spot on . The rooms have everything you need , but could do with a little tidy up and maintenance . The staff are great and very helpful . Good to see that improvements are slowly but surely happening .

Air con was noisy. My balcony was tiny and hard to sit in when it rained as the air con blasted out warm air. The tap in my sink wasn't very good either
