Room is very clean and located in good area. Only 5 mins walk to morning market. And 7 mins to Saturday evening market. The hotel has own parking spot. Quite at night. The has a mango sticky rice for breakfast as well. Recommended!

It was the best experience, best hotel in our whole Thailand trip. The hotel is brand new,perfectly clean, situated very well close to the heart of the old town, Mama's everyday morning mango sticky rice is priceless! Also every morning there are sweets, bites, local foods, fruits that you can serve for breakfast for free! Highly recommend!

Super friendly and lovely host, the room was super clean and comfy, free water bottles as much as you want and coffee with some fruits and biscuits in the morning. Perfect location for a visit of Chiang Mai and its old town as it’s directly in the old town. Parking directly in front of the hotel. If we come back we would definitely stay here again

We were not expected for such a good stay with such low price. The sheets are super clean and comfortable. The hotel is located at the corner of the old town, and easy access to both the old city and riverside attractions. Their included breakfast is very good, and start to serve as early as 7am. Definitely a 5 star staying experience.

Hotel is located in strategic area. Walking distance to most of the places like night market, restaurants and street f&b. Bike rental shop is located just beside the hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Free breakfast was provided in pantry. Mango sticky rice was great.

Nice new comfortable and quiet hotel in Chiang Mai. The boats don't speak English well but they make an effort to help however they can. You get water and cleaning every day. There's free tea coffee snacks and fruit in the reception area

It was hard to find the hotel on google maps or grab map but I could locate in by the Joint Dispensary thanks to a review.

I love staying here. The staff aka the ladies here are very nice, and generous. They are like family and treated us like family too. One day my partner was too tired so he slept over lunchtime. The lady here knew it from me and she was worried that he skipped lunch and bring something to our room for us to eat. I was touched. And I love everything here. It’s peaceful, the facilities is brand new, free snack, lovely and thoughtful ladies, etc.

I only stayed for two nights, and during that time, I couldn't find anything that I didn't like or felt was missing, to be honest. The staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. From the comfortable room to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was in a convenient location, very close to the Saturday Night Market to the west and the Night Bazaar to the east. It was also within walking distance of all the temples in town, with many food options along the way. The hotel was clean and neat.
