Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hose in the bathroom was leaking which left the bathroom floor wet which was really unpleasant. The bathroom in general was a bit under my expectations. The hotel room walls are quite thin so you could hear conversations outside. But, overall, the room was acceptable.
Convenient location, within walking distance to Pratunam shopping area. Massage shop just in the hotel lobby, very convenient to have a massage when getting back to hotel after a long day's walk. The staff were very friendly as well.

MalaysiaThe building was under construction so the rooms smelt like fresh paint. It was hard to breathe. The room was dusty, there were stains on the sheets, chair was broken, can’t even hang clothes in the wardrobe as the door can’t be open wide. The bathroom wall is not even a cement wall. It is plywood so when it gets wet, it smells mouldy. Nighttime receptionist was extremely rude. Service was extremely slow it’s as if their customers’ time isn’t important. Area is dark. Feels unsafe for family/ solo traveller to roam around at night. It’s obvious that customers’ satisfaction and healthy being aren’t their priority.
