Pool was very cold as it didn’t get any sunlight. There are only two lounge chairs. The room decor was quirky to say the least…way too many Lacey things….not needed on the toilet lid or anywhere near the toilet

Breakfast was ok but we are getting g very tired of white bread so brought our own. Even though there were heaters under the food, none were lit so most food was cool.

Toilet facilities were needing upgraded. Not enough bins available on the grounds as not all customers want to leave rubbish in the room bins.

The staff were excellent and friendly, the facilities were good , rooms were a good size and nicely decorated as were the hotel grounds.

Bathroom was moldy and not good smell. I couldn’t sleep well because of noises. Felt they need to renovate some parts of hotel…

Location, good breakfast(they made us Thai breakfast!) We liked their garden with a cool waterfall. Lots of koi fish!Parking was easy. Room was big.

I cant complain, the staff were really happy to help whenever asked. We think we met the owner who also showed us his garden and they switched on the water feature.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Staff are excellent and very attentive. Weekends busier so more of a food selection for breakfast. Rooms are dated but they're clean and big enough for a family.

We booked this hotel as in the area for 9 days seeing family and wanted a pool to relax by. We were unable to use the pool for 4 days as they were painting the roof. The smell of paint was awful and the pool water was dirty we complained twice. We also had to change rooms on arrival due to an infestation of cockroaches in the room. Second room was fine - no bugs / cockroaches in sight. Would stay here again.

This is definitely a “niche” hotel. Good location with lovely grounds and pool. The room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows, but dated. Reasonable selection of food for breakfast but not western style. We asked for fried eggs and an omelette and got them. The staff aren’t particularly forthcoming with information but if you need anything and ask they were more than happy to help - very friendly and polite. Would stay here again.

Very little 'standard' breakfast (no cereals ect). Everything was traditional Thai (which, I guess, is understandable), except toast. But not even just Orange Juice. Small Aircon unit which takes forever to cool the room - and you have to take your key card with your room key (it's permanently attached) so you can't leave it to cool the room. The shower is in the bath...and, because of how they've designed it, it's impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor (which does have a drain, probably because of this). However it does make the floor tiles very slippery, especially getting in and out of the bathtub, so beware!

Comfy beds. Big room. Breakfast till late in the morning Not to far from a Big C supermarket (and it's attached restaurants) Very pretty and well maintained gardens and grounds.

Not much has changed since I stayed here 1 week ago, still a nice quiet place, big room and breakfast is okay but for falang taste nothing special, this time no hot water to make coffee.

There is a door at the back of room which can lock only by doorknob. I am very worry for the safety while we sleep. And we get the connect room with my family, but I can hear the sound from connected room.

the staffs are helpful and try their best to serve our special request for delaying check-out. Moreover, she give the friendly answer for my question. In lobby, they have some necessary items to sell.

My only problem ... I enjoyed the pool very much, but I can't get out without help. My legs and arms are very weak. I need strong handrails, near the steps in the shallow end.

Breakfast was really good, thank you! The staff are really kind and friendly and always smiling ... lovely! You have a very nice café/restaurant ... good service and nice coffee and pizza.
