The bathroom felt outdated and not very clean and inviting. Comparing to other places I saw it was very expensive unnecessarily.

It’s a bit laud from the street, but in the night its very calm.

Everything is modern and very clean. No smell of mold, what is a common issue in the area. The kitchen is a big plus.

We didn't really understand the cleaning procedure.. so we were there five days without cleaning.. The water from the shower smells a bit.

I was there for 6 nights while doing a course, the location was perfect for me, in the middle, close to restaurants, shops, cafes and a quick walk to the beach. the lake view was lovely and relaxing. room was very clean and comfortable, big tv and great hot water. would definitely stay there again :) Miss nook was a super amazing with any questions i had and moving from their other location at nice sea view resort on the beach. thank you!

Location is a bit further, have to walk down a very busy fume filled road with no pavement to get closer to the other stuff. Safe didn’t work Bathroom got flooded every time we used it. No bin in bathroom to throw the toilet paper in to stop the toilets blocking

Nice big room & bed . Friendly manager Safe not working & when we told manager, she said she’d fix it the next day! And nothing was done. Room looked like it had just finished being built with plaster tape etc still around the doors.

the safe didn't work we tried communicate with the host about it and gave up bc she didn't work.. need to consider they are cleaning once in 3 days payment was super high (probably bc it was on season) and I wouldn't take it again

no hot water was the worst. walking up 3 flights of stairs. cleaning only every 3 days and no water refills in between. ants were a problem. WiFi not great. AC very loud and has a bright light at night.

I wish the owner was more friendly and hospitable. At the time of booking, I asked for a room on the top floor and was promised one. However, upon arrival I was given a room on the middle floor, with no apology or prior warning. When I said I was unhappy about it, I was simply told that there was a mistake and there were no top floor rooms available. I also discovered that the safe deposit box in the room wasn’t working and the toilet was leaking. When I tried to address all these issues with the owner, I was offered to leave and get my money back, otherwise the owner said “there would be a complaint every day”. It is hardly surprising that that kind of communication made me feel neither safe nor welcome, especially given that it was high season close to Christmas and anything half decent would have already been booked. Having said that, to my pleasant surprise, the next day I was offered a room on the top floor, which also had everything in good working order and the rest of my stay was fine.

Modern and comfortable accommodation with a small kitchen plus a beautiful lake view from the balcony - an ideal self contained place to stay in Koh Phangan. A fast and reliable internet connection is definitely an advantage too.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived for check in, had any questions or when we checked out. When we arrived there was no running water and it took a few hours before they fixed it.

Great host! Bed was comfy, air conditioned room, balcony had a great view to the big lake. Great place to stay if you want to cook your own food. Kitchen was small but had everything you'd need to make a warm meal. Shops/bars/restaurants very close to the hotel too. Really nice beach (zen beach) is about 10-15mins walk away.

Super lovely place by the lake and close to all the restaurants and cafes and the beach! Bed was so comfy air con worked perfectly, staff were super friendly. Had an issue with the tap and it got fixed about 2 mins after I messaged. Very responsive and helpful.
