Beds were quite hard, toilet paper seemed to be non existent in the room not sure why. There was lots of staff particularly around the pool bar but whenever something was needed they were slow to react/didn’t check regularly at the poolside to take away empties or ask for new orders The weather was quite unpredictable and the wind often blew guest stuff all over the place including into the pool and while they scrambled around staff seemed to look on bewildered rather than offer to help. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful in comparison

This hotel is the perfect location in Phi Phi right on the beach. Lovely pool and cats that live in the hotel are everywhere and very well looked after and loved by the staff (huge green flag) Our room was very nice & clean. Air conditioning was on prior to our arrival and our bags were brought straight to our room!

The sofa downstairs and some of the outdoor furniture could have been cleaner, it wasn’t a major issue for me as I didn’t use them

I stayed in one of the villas, and the room was spacious with a great view. The bed was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent — everything is close by, including a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, although this is just personal preference. The price of a room at the resort is a bit higher than value.

The room was large and clean and the location was fantastic! The included breakfast with our room was a large buffet with many options and a great view of the beach. The pool and beach were very nice but be aware there are loud beach clubs at night right next to the resort.

The rooms need maintenance, there are many things broken, the room service is the worst I’ve ever experienced, the cleaning is very poor , they didn’t provide toilet paper for two days, the bed isn’t properly made, they just stretch the sheet. When the cleaners are cleaning the rooms next door, they make a lot of noise, and that happens at 8 a.m.

The location is perfect as well as the amenities, but no Hot water, the room doesnt have heater, they told me to open AC on as consequence the water will get hot, i did what they have told me but unfortunately i showered with a freezing water

Pros: good location, nice pool, breakfast is brilliant for westerners. Gorgeous walk down to the beach which took a minute and it’s a beautiful beach. Our bed had a flower and towel feature on it which was gorgeous. The villas are spacious and the pool is basically split into 3 so everyone has their little area. There’s a jacuzzi in the pool too which was cool. The main pool is stunning though so getting a normal room would have been lovely too! Cons: location is right beside Slinky’s bar so the noise was constant until the early hours which meant I didn’t sleep well here. We paid for a villa with a private pool and it was not cleaned well AT ALL. There were someone’s AirPods in the shower that was there before us, bracelet in the pool and the walls looked like food was splattered on them at the bins. It’s very old and needs to be refurbished if you’re chatting this price. Also SO many mosquitoes and geckos which is okay as it’s what you’d expect but the cleaners come in and leave the door WIDE open while they’re cleaning. I popped back to get my go pro and they didn’t even come downstairs to see who it was. Anyone could have been in and robbing our things so that’s not acceptable. Cleaners should close the door while cleaning the villas and spray them with bug spray to remove any mosquitoes for guests.

The breakfast was nice, but I had a lack of vegetables and. Had some problem with the tv and the wi-fi at my room, the staff couldn't help me with that. I think the main vibe behind my low rate is that - this place could use some repairs in the facilities and especially the rooms.

The resort is located right in the middle of the other side on Koh Phi Phi island. It has a very beautiful pool and an exit to the sea. The staff is very kind and the room was big and clean with a nice balcony.

Urinal in the bathroom! Felt like I had walked into the gents toilets.
