Really lovely family atmosphere, host was very welcoming. The evening meal cooked by the host was a great opportunity to chat to fellow travellers. The food is great, and it's nice not to have to venture out after a long day sightseeing. Beds were comfortable, clean, and gave great privacy with the curtains. Breakfast is also really nice, fried eggs and fresh fruit.

The host family is really lovely and kind. The place itself is a superb location to relax and meet new people. On top of all this, the shared dinners were great! I had a wonderful stay, hopefully soon again!

Such a cosy, social and relaxing place. There is a cute outdoor area to hang out, where the hosts serve food and very generous portions of food every evening :) You can rent bicycles to visit the temples nearby. And the hosts are just super kind and helpful!

I am vegan and recently gluten free. Ya, the host, made sure to feed me and made me my own dish for dinner. We all sat down at the table together. It was so special after months of trvel to habe a home cooked meal with fellow travelers. It was delicious! She also had eggs and Bananas for breakfast. It felt like home. She also offers wash and hang laundry and bike rentals. Extremely affordable!

Its an usual firmness of the bed but I actually loved it and slept great.

Amidst all the hustle and bustle of Thailand, this hostel is a tranquil escape in the temple-laden ancient capital. Situated in a quiet area, but within easy reach of the main sights, the charming owners go out of their way to meet everyone's needs. The highlight of staying here is the evening meal they prepare for all guests at no extra cost. It is a feast of home cooking that caters for all dietary requirements and provides an opportunity to socialise around the table with fellow travellers. They also stock beers for sale. If you wanted a place for an extended stay it would be perfect. Take the river boat tour.

The host cooks diner for everyone every night, so everyone gather around the meal (with vegetarian options) and share stories.

The host was super niceand taking good care of us! (she even packed me a little picnic when I left for my long bus-ride) I liked the half-pension when we get to have dinner outside with other guests And the fact that we can rent bikes

The beds are basic and noisy but not bad

Spent 5 nights here with my friend as a getaway from Bangkok, the hostess Ya and her family are perhaps the most friendly and gracious hosts I have ever stayed with, it's almost like you are a part of their family when staying here. She cooks dinner every night for all the guests, a range of different authentic Thai dishes and foods. She even made my friend a red curry and omelette for breakfast one morning as he said that was his favourite dish. And she brings fresh doughnuts and fried eggs every morning too, along with the self service breakfast. The hostel is small but comfortable and full of little charms, and the location is peaceful as it is away from the main road, but only 20mins walk from the temples, with bikes and scooters available to rent. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to base themselves in a chill environment for a few days whilst exploring Ayutthaya. 10/10

Not a single bad thing to say about this place.

The best hostel I have been to! It feels like being home, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the house is super clean (even bed sheets have an amazing smell!). The owners are helpful and friendly, always smiling. Dinner is delicious, freshly cooked every night and a nice moment to share with other travellers. Highly recommended!

The owner is friendly. Some snacks are always available for us. It's well located, not far from the main town. The evening dinner was delicious ! (although served too early - 6.30pm). They have some beers in the fridge which you can buy and they arrange for a boat tour to go see three temples (for 200 bahts)

The next-to-each-other beds are only separated by a thin curtain, so it kind of feels like you are sleeping with the person next to you. No AC nor any kind of ventilation in the room. The beds are super hard. The bicycles for rent are a good idea but very rusty.
