Some guests stayed opposite us and were screaming and shouting all night long, was hard to get a decent night's sleep.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, the hotel was really clean and it was a great location.

i had an accident in my room at 2 am, the sink of the corner kitchen was loosing a lot of water and i had my room flooded, but things like this can happen everywhere, even here where everything and the furnitures are new

-Our room was not ready on arrival. Workers were repairing a leak to the outside of the property so used our room for access. We were then offered a smaller worse room as an alternative which we declined. It was an effort but eventually staff ceded and gave us a good room on a different floor. -The whole hotel has high humidity and dampness, likely caused the indoor pool (probably not a good idea) and a lack of ventilation, cannot open windows in bathrooms and no extractor fan in the shower room. This meant that our clothes felt wet and smelled of damp when leaving. The hotel put scent diffusers around, this helped a bit but not completely. -The breakfast was good but could have been better. The juice wasn’t of quality, the bread was sweet for some reason, and no meat available.

+The location of the hotel is quite good, near to a few restaurants, only 15/20 minutes walk to Central and near to beach. +Staff were very friendly and accommodating. +Free Breakfast was quite good, especially the egg making station! Butter and jam provided, as well as fresh fruit. Coffee nice in coffee machine. +Cleanliness was quite clean, bedsheets were nice. +2 Towels and 2 Hand towels were provided. +The bed was firm but fairly comfortable. +The Air con was strong. +Mini fridge in room very useful. +Nice bathroom with good water pressure. +Free umbrellas to borrow when raining. +Good hairdryer in room. +Swimming pools if you want to use. +There is a lift/elevator.

Breakfast could have had more variety to it. Daily selection of fresh local fruits was nice, though! The pools are quite small.

This modern-looking boutique hotel is close to the beach (10 minutes walk). The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, services and bars around. The staff was so incredibly sweet and helpful! They provide you with beach towels, which is super convenient. The room had a laundry bag, beach flip-flops, robes, which comes handy in case of a longer stay. Overall, it is a great value for money.

Internet was choppy at times but was fixed.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet sidestreet only a stonesthrow from the Chaweng beach. The room was remarkably spacious with huge mirrors and good overall lighting. A kitchenette and a small balcony are a plus. The service is top notch and the people working there are really lovely. I would stay there again.

minor issue with our sink which was fixed quickly. there isn’t much to do on koh samui unless you hire a scooter. more of a holiday destination, less of an exploring destination

The roof pool is much smaller than it looks at pictures. Breakfast was very basic, with no variety to choose from - just toast bread, jam and coffee. I would not book breakfast option second time.

Location is 5 min from Chaweng center. The room is clean and nice.

The walls and door are quite thin so if neighbors are noisy, its not gonna be very quiet. A bit of an odour from the toilet, probably bad smell lock, but luckily only in the toilet, not the whole room. Lack of meat on the continental breakfast was also a little disheartening, but only a tiny flaw.

Great staff, clean rooms, generally good amenities, location and interiors. In my room the toilet and shower were separate which was extra bonus. Bed was good, pillows were from different era's which worked out great cause I like thin ones, where as some might prefer big and fluffy.

Excesive noise from the street. During Songkran some guests were very noisy but management did nothing. Sink was leaking from below and that made constant puddle in the bathroom.

AC in the right place - not above the head. Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Mini kitchenette. Slipers and robes in the room.

Booked 3 rooms but just 1 room is obviously smaller than the other 2 with no towel rail in the bathroom. The fridge also not working well.

Staffs are super friendly and the hotel is sparkling clean.

It didnt feel clean enough for my taste. There are 2 pools but not very appealing.

Great stay, wish we had booked to stay longer! Rooms were clean and very spacious. Bathroom was superb. Location was great, close to the centre but far enough to not hear it at night and less traffic area.

Breakfast. Initially we were not told on check in that breakfast was included in our stay, we realised it was a few days later. Breakfast is simple but enough however, the first time we went to breakfast, whilst waiting for bread in the toaster, the kitchen is open so you can see the girl making the cooked breakfast. She was clearly unwell and was coughing and spluttering whilst cooking, no mask, did not cover her mouth. It made me feel ill. The next morning we come down, she had a mask on and we tried breakfast again however this time, the bread had mould on. We notified the staff who didn’t say anything and just took it away. Safe to say we did not have breakfast again after that…
