I enjoy the little details of the hostel, such as the power socket in the locker to charge electronics safely, the towel rack to hang the towels to dry and the clips with the bed numbers so it does not confuse whose towel is whose. I also like that they have a hairdryer!

I really appreciated how welcoming the staff were, and the place was exceptionally clean. I stayed here for two weeks, and the staff consistently maintained the cleanliness of the common areas. They also changed the bed sheets and towels every three days, which I really appreciated. It felt just like home—truly beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely come back and would gladly recommend this place to friends planning to visit Bangkok.

Walking distance from the Airport Rail Link station (Phaya Thai) and check-in until 10pm makes for an easy stay after arriving on an evening flight. Beds are large, comfy, and the room is well air-conditioned. I like that they had lockers in the room which you could open with your hostel key card and that they had a towel rack with numbered clips for each person. Friendly staff and a good stay.

I like everything about the hostel. I did not expect it to be that excellent. The lobby is aesthetic, so happy with its details. We have free breakfast. The rooms are clean, i love how it was designed. Close to BTS Stations. I love the Patio too. I felt safe and comfortable. Good neighborhood.

I really in love with this place! It was like a cozy shelter for me, and i was really happy to return there every evening. There are a big area downstairs, where you can find friends and just take a rest on a couch. I really like that it was free coffee from coffee machine all day long, and the breakfasts were simple, but good. I like the helpful and friendly staff. And the location – it was perfect. I even didn’t use public transport, because it’s very close from the center and the area is very good.

Amazing & cute hostel I have ever stayed till now. Everything is cute here. Breakfast is too good with coffee/tea. Even my friends loved this hostel as it felt like home. Just go for it.

I wasn't sure if I had breakfast but the morning attendant didn't bother to invite me for it. Not very Thai or Asian attitude in general. That's it, 🤣

Rude and noisy person below me, but that comes with the territory when staying at a hostel and is out of the control of the host.

I have stayed here before and likely will again. It's easy to access from Ekkami and is close to the airport rail link. The dorm is cozy, and it's always clean.

This hostel has become my first destination whenever I arrive in BKK. It's got a nice interior, flexible in-berth lighting, curtains, power, AC, a very friendly staff and it's close to the central Phaya Thai station that can be reached without transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport. This time I somehow felt the mattress was very hard and I had problems sleeping. Other than that, due to its popularity it's often fully booked. You may have to plan in advance or you may only get one available night. Definitely recommendable.

The only thing is the communal area is really quite small for the number of people staying (just the way the building is). Unfortunately we had some disrespectful/loud neighbours in our dorm our first night (a risk with any hostel, and we are not marking Pinto down for this, just an observation. The staff were very good about this when we spoke to them (another positive for Pinto!)).

Really nice hostel tucked away in a good location. Near sky train stations / shops etc and easy to get public transport to/from BKK airport. Breakfast included which is a perk - toast, cereals and oats, noodles, tea and coffee and juice. Comfy beds with shelf/box for keeping items. Staff kind and helpful. Very clean. Nice that the showers have a changing/dry area. Good value for money
