The choice of breakfast but thats alright

1. Environment, shower room, all are super clean 2. Staff with good attitude 3. No bottom bed and change to me when available 4. Have private washroom

The 4 mixed dorm (3F) room key card is not work… for total 6 days. Everytime me and my roommate need to use the room key to open the door at least 10 times to open. And it really piss me off.. the point is the staff know the situation and ignore it ( the first day I come so late and staff assist me to open the door escort me to room, staff cannot open the door as well) and every morning the housekeeper will come to clean the rubbish also need to open the door for many times… and I am the one who wake up to assist housekeeper to open the door😅.. Staff knows that but still ignore the situations I totally recommend visitor to come to this hostel but except the 4 people mixed dorm room….

The overall location of Pinto Hostel was great, however, there was some issue to with the lock in the 3rd floor, it wasn't fixed rightaway. The breakfast didn't have anything except simple bread and regular ceral. Coffee machine was good. The overall Kitchen area was not located in a proper place, because it was the way to go upstairs, so regulary people would walk through the kitchen area.

The location was amazing, close to all the Bangkok tourist attraction places, shopping malls, eatry, metro stations.

Breakfast options were very limited… Cereal and toast, coffee, juice, and drinking water

I enjoy the little details of the hostel, such as the power socket in the locker to charge electronics safely, the towel rack to hang the towels to dry and the clips with the bed numbers so it does not confuse whose towel is whose. I also like that they have a hairdryer!

I really appreciated how welcoming the staff were, and the place was exceptionally clean. I stayed here for two weeks, and the staff consistently maintained the cleanliness of the common areas. They also changed the bed sheets and towels every three days, which I really appreciated. It felt just like home—truly beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely come back and would gladly recommend this place to friends planning to visit Bangkok.

Walking distance from the Airport Rail Link station (Phaya Thai) and check-in until 10pm makes for an easy stay after arriving on an evening flight. Beds are large, comfy, and the room is well air-conditioned. I like that they had lockers in the room which you could open with your hostel key card and that they had a towel rack with numbered clips for each person. Friendly staff and a good stay.

I extended my reservation for another day in the morning and had to leave before the check out time was up, you should have given a refund, instead of making money for free, good communication and honesty with your customers is more important, at least for the people who will read the comments and come here.

One of the cleanest and nicest hostels I have stayed at! The facilities were so gooood. The staff are friendly and helpful too, especially the guy. Really comfy and great location near to the best shopping in Bangkok
