Beside Sam, staff need some public relation courses, we were taken off the Alexa beach at 10 am by staff, because restaurant and bar were not open, that was not nice, we thought. Units are a bit older the hard ware is there but maintenance need some attention in our bathrooms a lot was wrong. Hard to adjust hot/cold water, floor peeling of plastic layers etc etc. Overall those short falls, didn't spoil my holiday

Very quite and we had 2 units opposit each other, which was really great !! Close to the noisy boom boom from Alexa bar which has a beautful well maintained beach. Sam the driver, the host, the man of all trade was the only friendly man we encountered in this week of stay, rest of staff need some courses in customer relations. Overall a great place to stay with some nice local restaurants on the beach, which had good meals with friendly local hosts.

The room was what we liked the most in this trip even we had to walk across the small street every time when we wanted to go the hotel part and the beach.

The breakfast was very low on variety and everyday was the same. It has no facility restaurant to have lunch or dinner

Very few of them, even on reception, speak English . Still waiting for security deposit refund on my card, they said it would take 2 weeks, it's been month since I checked out. The shoreline and sea water was super dirty.

Breakfast wasn’t great for the price paid , no bacon , no baked beans etc , mainly noodles and eastern dishes on offer. Fruit selection wasn’t great , x2 different melons and some pineapple sliced , expected more fruit variety considering it’s Thailand. Coffee was good.

I had a garden pool villa which is located across the road from the main hotel , nice quiet location with pools snaking through the villas. 5 minute walk to the beach.

It was a bit pricey for the accommodation we had. Our room was a small cabin not in the rooms shown in the pictures on booking.com. We had access to pools that wrapped around the cabins. The restaurant food was okay but expensive. Not a lot of variety so would not stay too long at the resort.

Great pools. Staff were great. Breakfast was amazing, so much variety. Anything you can imagine for breakfast was provided! Beach restaurants with local flavour on the beach as well as ritzier options. We had a good stay at the resort and upgraded our room to be next to the pool for a couple more nights. Jump right off our patio into a quite private pool.

Check in was chaos, the receptionist kept on insisting we sign the receipt, when we paid via debit card and the receipt literally said “card verified, no signature not needed”. Parking on site was chaos, the garden villas were on the other side of the street, we were placed next to pond and frogs were noisy the entire night. Breakfast was catastrophic. Food looked dire and coffee gave no life. There was just no saving grace in terms of anything you think was add-on to your stay.

There were two issues- The hotel needs more staff or should facilitate faster check-in. We have to wait about 30 minutes to check-in. When my son (10 years old) went to the reception to buy sandwiches, the staff favored the grown-ups more. First, the staff talked to my son, then the staff let my son waited as they favor to facilitate to check-in other grown-up people. I am disappointed with this - they should serve first come first serve.

Buffet Breakfast by the beach is excellent. Pool is fine.

No parking space. The club played the musics so loud. Few staffs to operate. Each hotel buildings stay alone and no walk way connecting, can’t imagine how to walk from lobby to the beach if it rains.

Visited during a busy time where a lot of tourists. We had a hard time getting a table during breakfast, staff were so busy they couldn't help. Food were supposed to be enough but many people and certain foreign tourists took so much food and rush to get them without thinking of other people, I felt like not eating anymore. Plus other people kept coming and waiting to get a table, this made the breakfast experience somewhat unpleasant.

Very good location with nice beachfront areas, beautiful gardens, nice pools, close to many local restaurants, need a little update (which they are doing, it seems)

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location right on the beach. Lots of lovely restaurants and massage shops nearby. Easy to catch a grab to Pattaya city. Rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent view of the ocean from our room.
