The pillow provided was quite large and firm - I didn’t ask if there was another one, but it was uncomfortable.

Great neighborhood and food options. Water pressure in the shower, WiFi, and AC were excellent. Rooftop was nice to enjoy breakfast and hang out.

The house is next to a mosque, so there's a call to prayer every morning around 7am.

Cute comfy hotel in centre of Ari. The couple who own the house, and their daughter, are lovely, sweet, and friendly. The aircon was good and the mattress comfortable, and it was great value for money. The old house is gorgeous, with very nice wooden floors. It was great to have a fridge in my room too. Highly recommend!

Location was the best area of you area foodie and east walk to Ari metro station, great location. There is a fan coffee place at the back of the house, not to be missed best coffee I have ever had 😎

really nice owner, communication before stay was great and check-in instructions and way description really helpful, I had a room in the second floor with shared bathroom, the stairs are completely fine with a big backpack, location is great, not far from Ari skytrain station and nearby some restaurants and a massage place

This was my second time staying here and it was great. Highly recommend it! Run by a mother and daughter who are really kind. I recommend staying here if you want a safe, clean and quiet place.

The window glass doesn't fit the frame. Just something I noticed so maybe it's very hot in summer. There is air-conditioning which you can use.

Friendly, discreet hosts. Fabulously comfortable bed which was a real boon. I slept well. Bathroom us just next door. Fridge in room and place to make drinks upstairs with a microwave too. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Thai massage just across the street on the main road was first rate and correctly priced. Do go! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet and cozy place. Time to chill (balcony with coffee ☕️ or tea 🍵), there were snacks also. The bed was so amazing, and the room was super clean. The shower and toilet separated. Coffee shops and restaurants/food stands are near the house. Everything was perfect. The owner was sweet and welcoming. Thank you, so relaxing ☺️

I felt so comfortable at Lee's guesthouse that I came back twice during my time in Asia. For me it was a perfect home away from home to come back to. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, the place is quiet, neat & clean, bed very comfy and Ari my favorite district of Bangkok. Thank you Lee and hoping to be back one day :)

Great and quiet location, kind and helpful host, clean. I usually never book a room with a shared bathroom, but was recommended to stay here, and I didn’t regret it. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Bangkok. I loved the view of the city and the little balcony.

Highly recommend staying here. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the bedrooms very quiet, and the bathrooms (and everything else) are spotless, a. Lovely owner on top of it. Ari is a wonderful neighborhood to stay in and I will come back to Pingplalee the next time I am in Bangkok.

It's a lot of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage beware! We had to use a communal bathroom but it was always clean and quiet.

The room was lovely and there was a communal balcony which was great for sunset! Everything was clean and the owner was very friendly. Beds are comfortable. It seems like an old house that has been converted. The owner lives in the building downstairs. It's in a great location in Ari, walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants as well as the train. Overall it's good value for money.
