very calm, very simple hotel..scenic room with fine sea views! very good service..good cafe adjacent for breakfast...walking distance to numerous restaurants! the three hour drive from bangkok airport is a bit long but acceptable.. easy grab taxi service around hua hin as needed! hua hin has numerous very good dining locations..night street market is enjoyable too! car serviced from DMK airport to hotel, direct. book car in advance web with car service to hua hin. return service good too. ..door 5 outside arrival hall.

The bathroom isn't great. the drain for the shower doesn't drain well and flood the floor well beyond the toilet. The toilet gun leaks. The towels are thin and hard. The drain in the bathroom smells bad all of the time so you should keep the bathroom door closed.

You pay for the view. Its a gorgeous view and breathtaking to be there.

My husband, I and 2 other couple friends had a great stay at the Pierview Room. We were accommodated when we arrived a couple of hours early. Ms Yaya, the staff person was very helpful, and delivered services with big smiles. Instructions for how to find the "Room" was done very well and in a timely manners. We wished that the access to the beach directly in front** of the Pierview was closer, cleaner, and easier to get to (but a 10 minute walk to a better beach through the main street was safe and an easy walk.) But over all, it's a great place.

Unfortunately there was some substantial building work going on opposite the building, this really did not detract from the stay, other than it was rather noisy to be on the balcony first thing in the morning-

PierView has a stunning view across Hua Hin Beach. The rooms are spacious, extremely well thought out, with good AC and a really decent fridge. Bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was large and had a shower with very good water pressure and water as hot as we could take, by far the best shower we've had in 5 weeks of travelling. Despite being in the centre of the tourist area, the room was very quiet. There is also a lovely roof top with a couple of loungers, for those wanting to catch the rays throughout the day. Communication was excellent throughout. Truly superb value.

We could hear the bar music even though we were on the 5th floor

very quiet location. fifth floor..great sea views..numerous eating places along sea coast and inland. walking distance..simple room. very nice balcony to catch early sunrise, across the sea..cafe adjacent does good local breakfasts..rates for accommodation very reasonable..owner on site, very hands on, helpful! our third visit here! will return again..check out pork satay stall lady on cornor at :0600h-0800h for very nice pork satay grill..good to watch sunrise with!

I would say that the bathroom could do with a deep clean to freshen it up a bit. I think the walls are quite thin but I had quiet neighbours so it was ok.

Everything, great location and great panoramic view from the room. There is also a cute roof garden. Guesthouse is on the 5th floor and there are 5 rooms. The cafe downstairs does a breakfast set for 120 baht for residents.

If the glass panel that makes up the window in the shower was cleaned of the calcium from the water, the view would be even better! It would be the best shower view ever.

The view in this room and bathroom is stunning. Also besides that it is comfy and exceptionally well located above the bars and the quiet road that goes parallel to the beach.

Great value at this place. The view is amazing and it's right in the heart of the fun part of Hua Hin. Basic room but it has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Bonus rooftop deck access so you can get sunset as well as sunrise.

300m to 7-11 ... LOL.

My first time in Hua Hin, I reckon i hit the jackpot with this place. I stayed 11 nights. Convenient location with everything you need just outside. Choice of western or Thai on 1st floor. The view, to die for, from the balcony or sitting in bed. In my opinion better than the other side of the Hilton where a lot of walking is involved. Pierview has the best view of the pier, even had fireworks one night!
