There can be a little bit of noise here and there from guests, but nothing that impacted me. The A/C drowned any noise out and was refreshingly cool.

The staff were so friendly in this place. Even the cleaners smiled and talked to me. I felt like I had a group of new friends. Incredible location and access to everything in Patong. The place was so clean. Even the balcony was clean - I walked out there in bare feet and could tell it was cleaned regularly.

the bathroom had a step that i tripped on a lot but other than that its so spacious and comfortable

my taxi had a little trouble trying to find it because it’s in an alley but that totally okay just remember to tell yours to turn into the right street haha but other than that the location was perfect in the middle of everything and there’s an amazing restaurant downstairs on the corner that serves the best food ever with excellent service i just wished i tipped them more also the two receptionist were the sweetest ladies and so helpful i wish them all the best and i think the hotel owns a stray cat? unless it just hangs around but she is the cutest cat definitely made my stah

Only thing I didn't like was leaving on my last day

Excellent location. 10 mins from patong beach. Restaurants within 1 min. Shops 5 mins away. Bangla road 15 mins away walking. Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet location but still so much going on outside you wouldn't know. Would recommend very much

The location of this hotel is amazing, close by to the beach and Bangla road, but also far enough away to get a good nights sleep. It is clean and well kept, and our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We could even borrow beach towels.

The price is perfect and valuable The location is the best location you may find Sometimes there is a a bad smell of sewage around the hotel( well its not their fault its all over phuket) Room is average size Bed is comfortable Good reception They dont have iron or breakfast The drainage of the water in the shower is slow but i think its like that in thailand

We liked everything here

The rooms were very clean with daily cleaning provided. The staff was extremely cheerful and helpful, we ended up talking a lot with them and had a very good time. The place is very quite even though its very near to Patong beach and Bangla Walking street (Both within walkable distance). There are many 7-11s in close proximity. There are manu restaurants, spas, souvenir shops nearby. The staff helped us with cheap bike rental They also helped us with first aid supplies when we needed it

There are too many signs and notices with warnings and fines, which I think is unnecessary—one small warning would be enough. There are issues with hot water for the second year in a row; the pressure is unstable, and you can get burned.

Excellent location, close to a nice café and massage services, not far from the sea and Bangla Road, practically in the heart of Patong. It's a very quiet place with friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to help. I've been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row and am very satisfied.
