Location little bit far but still accessible by taxi to usual places (230ishbaht old town, 350ishbaht Patong) some taxi drivers struggled to find, breakfast very basic but still fine

Clean, good air con, nice pool, relatively modern, good size room, good shower, supermarket across the road, found the bed very large and comfy

It felt a long way from anything and while it was clean and the pool was nice, its not really a place you'd go to relax and have a nice family holiday. It felt like more of a 'stop over' place for us.

The hotel is on a VERY busy road, impossible to cross to the stores. No taxi knew the hotel so had trouble getting around. Bathtub needs attention, no plug and the shower wouldn’t stay on the wall.

The cleanliness! One can cope with a hair on the floor, some dust on the floor and few little bugs in the toilet, but the cushion of the bench in the room was absolutely disgusting! See pic attached With the amount they charge at least a change of upholstery would be the least! Just the thought of the pillow makes me gag!!!!!

This is not a 4 star hotel. However, it is clean and comfortable, not too far from old town phuket. The pictures look better than what it is but it is not a bad place. The pool and balconies are a good size. No lift so the staff will help you with your suitcases if needed. I stayed for one night.

Bathroom needs some attention. Shower above a bath just soaks the whole bedroom. Swim up rooms are also the main pool.

Good base if travelling around Phuket. Car park. Clean bedding. Clean room.

Stayed in the hotel for one night before our journey to Ko Samui. Rooms are not new but clean and comfortable. Clean swimming pool on the territory. Good location 15 minutes to walk from the bus station.

It's a long way out from the old town and if you choose to walk it as I did the pavements are not good if they exist at all and the road is very busy.

It's a nice hotel the staff are friendly and my room was huge. The pool is long and very well kept. The breakfast was good, eat as much as you want buffet, with choices of Asian and Western food.

Breakfast is very poor, no much option of continental choice of food, the staff is not speaking english very well, which is very difficult communicate with them if you need something.

This is my bad as haven’t checked properly on my first time coming to Phuket, but the location was an issue for us. If you don’t rent a scooter, it’s very stressful to be dependent on Taxis only. Phuket is very busy with traffic, it takes a long time ro reach the main attractions/beaches from this hotel. The only place that is reachable by walk is Phuket Old town - and it takes 40 min. I would recommend the hotel as it has great rooms and swimming pool, but location is probably the worst.
