It felt a bit cold during check-in. There is an online pre-arrival form to fill out, which was supposed to save time, but it was useless because we had to do the entire check-in process from the beginning anyway.

We enjoyed the pools. The location was great, very close to Rawai beach.

They could have included a microwave oven so we could have brought some food from the nearby 7/11 and made it by ourselves.

Very near Rawai beach and many seafood restaurants. Located in a good place can access many iconic locations in the Rawai beach area. The swimming pool was very clean and very spacious, and well-maintained. Parking available without any issues.

Refuse to be put in " Villa " B19! Spent first 3 nights sleepless because of an old noisy air con., hard mattress and glass-brick window with no curtains!TV had a poor picture also. Asked to be moved, a.c.was new and quiet and mattress was comfy. Expected the "Villa" to be better so was disappointed but glad I did not pay full price!.The " Villa" being basically a 2/3 star stand alone bedroom and bathroom. Toiletries were basic being bars of soap.Shampoo/shower gel dispenser was unmarked in first bathroom and half empty in 2nd.No conditioner. Outside many exposed water pipes, broken concrete etc., trip hazards.

Its important to say that its not fancy hotel, but seem to be more like cheap motel close to swimming pool, its presented on booking like cool and good condition, its not. The papartent is very old from 90' maybe, but everything ok and reasonable for this good price.

Swimming pool and the location are very nice, also the staff was helpful and everything went smooth. I have notihing against to this place with retro vibes.

All Ok but basic.

Initially no safe in room. After explaining I need one , the staff went out bought and fitted one within 2 hours! Excellent. Our room was basic but clean. Location very good.

Other guests disregard for staff and other guests but your on vacation and sometimes people can not see beyond thier own needs.

Hotel is what you pay for it is clean staff are pleasant just a little tired but if not looking for luxary and somewhere affordable this is your place.

Arrived late night with company of ten people, they demanded pay in cash for 5 rooms and whole 6 days stay despite the fact that description of available payment methods includes credit card and etc. After long negotiations, which included a call to the manager, we were allowed to pay initially for one night, but this spoiled previous good mood for each of us. Rawai beach is 100 meters from hotel, but be aware that it is not suitable for swimming, this is basically harbour for hundreds of tail boats and speed boats. For reaching beach you must take taxi to closest Nai Harn beach, which would cost you 10€ to beach and same for return.

Pool was create, room (suite with 1 bedroom next to pool) was fair.

Great rooms - very basic but has everything you need! Quiet and lovely pool. The staff cleaned our room every day and were happy to assist us when we needed them.

Arrived at night and told we could use the credit card when the manager arrives the next day. Then in the morning told that we couldn't use a card cash only. It left us low on money for the day due to hiring scooters and cash machine only letting us take out 10000 a day which charges 220 bhat each time which is annoying cause home bank charges another £15 so I'm paying £20 each time I withdraw. (It's the principle of paying for my own money) Also a king sized bed is just 2 beds pushed together and that's all the rooms. Falling in-between the gap in the middle of the night isn't fun.

Nice pool good location near lots of restaurants. Clean pools and good cleaning service.

It’s more of a motel feel. Main rooms are close together so you can hear your neighbour quite easily. Had to push reset on the hot water every time.
